Got several for DD last year, had to wait in line at TRU for the special edition one, and DD rarely EVER plays with them...she undresses them mostly, will squeeze one a few times, and then that's it...waste of $$ for us, IMO... ETA...she is 2 1/2 on the 19th of this month, BTW, to give you an idea...

I absolutely agree! I was getting so pissed off, because I was seeing parents scolding and yelling at their kids who couldn't be more than 3 years old--for the love of God, it's friggin 2 o'clock in the morning--GO HOME AND PUT THEM TO BED...THAT'S why their whining!! Ridiculous...

They WERE yummy, and I was SO not expecting that! But I laughed when they were handing them out, because they clearly say they are "for women," but all of the guys scarfed them down just fine, LOL!

You could, but you're right, they probably won't. I was in a different Target today, and they had one or two Kinects, and there was the $99 sign, but it was just with the one game, not with the two extra downloadable games, and if they don't have the Wipeout 2 game, there is no PA, substitution, or rain checks, so you'd be better off getting the Kinect on Amazon for $99, since it comes with the one game plus two downloadable ones--and you're in FL, so you'd pay no sales tax, and of course, free shipping too...

This worked perfectly at my store this year...they had barricades, which they haven't used in past years, so the line was behind them. There were people who were across from the store who you would normally think were going to rush the doors once they opened, but Target had employees and security out from about 9 o'clock, telling everyone how it was going to work. About 15 to 20 minutes before the store opened, there were a couple of cops there too, so there was no way anyone who wasn't in line, was getting into the store before those of us that were. The employees in electronics were clueless, and honestly, they held me up much longer than any of the rest of the experience entering the store did...

It says 12-36 months, but this is why I'm asking how big it REALLY is, from someone who says they have one...

forgot to mention that I did recon at Target on Wed night to find out where these were going to be, and the people there were pretty clueless...so imagine my surprise at midnight, when the people in that area were STILL clueless when asked where this stuff was...I started freaking out that I was going to not get the deal, because I was picturing a standoff with me holding the Kinect, and someone else holding the last copy of the game...

That was actually my plan...if I didn't get it, I was getting that with the first Wipeout on Amazon, since that game was selling for $25 at the time...would've paid $19 more, but I'd have had it, and then planned to get Wipeout 2 when someone puts it on sale...still glad I got the bundle, since my kids specifically asked for Wipeout 2, so I definitely saved $$...

No one commented directly on mine, but as I was passing someone, he was talking with the person he was with, and pointing at my shirt, which I didn't realize until they had walked past, but they were chuckling, so I wondered if they were chuckling because I actually had a SHIRT that was a BF shirt, or if it was because they knew gottadeal...

I was there at 7:30, and the person behind me wanted it, too...we each got one, but there were only THREE in our store, so if you missed out, don't feel bad, a LOT of others did, too!

Was in line at 7:30 at Target, and the girl behind me and I chatted about we both were hoping to get the Kinect with Wipeout 2 game. We were only about 40 people back, and as the night went on, most of them were placeholders, and we ended up being in the third group of 30 people allowed in. They only had THREE Kinects!! She and I both got them, and they still had the games, but I was prepared to walk out if they didn't have the game to go with it, since the ad said no substitutions or rain checks, and I wasn't going to pay the same price to Target without the game...it was an absolute ZOO, but most everyone ahead of us was after the TVs, thankfully...just kind of pissed that they didn't plan to have more Kinects, because if I'd gotten there any later, I'd NEVER have gotten it, but as my dh says, "they just want to get you into the store." But they made no $$ off of me, since I got that, a $10 Transformer toy, and 3 Leap Frog toys for $8 each, and a package of baby wipes, LOL! I would've gotten a couple of other things, but I wanted out, and didn't want to get stuck in the checkout circus... I have to say, I do like the midnight openings because after the initial wait, I didn't have to wait again, and most everyplace else, the lines were nil, because everyone had been there already by the time I got there! Very successful trip, and very happy with my purchases!!

Actually, the wipeout 2 game is $50, if I'm not mistaken...it's the first one that's around $30, which makes this an even BETTER deal!
