  1. If they told me no, I believe I would be calling up corporate on my cell phone right at the customer service desk. They have to follow corporate policy.
  2. I don't think they're back tracking, I think they are just dodging your question. You have to specifically ask them about price adjusting. Maybe even give them an example. They gave me this kind of reply a few years back and I just had to reword my question so they had to answer it properly.
  3. I've done it at Target for at least the last 3 years now. It is so easy to go in on Saturday after it's mostly died down. Now the free $10 giftcard is making me rethink doing this...is the free $10 worth fighting the crowds...which is probably Target's goal anyways
  4. I've never heard the 14 days thing with Target. I've only heard you can get a price adjustment if it goes on sale that same week or the following week. Which can total 14 days, but be careful to wait until Sunday, Nov. 15th to purchase to price adjust on Black Friday. Here's a post with a letter from Target on the policy: http://forums.gottadeal.com/showpost.php?p=1643088&postcount=79
  5. thanks Brad! great deal on the tv! i wonder if there is any chance these will be on the floor before BF so I could do a price adjustment.
  6. When I had a trial and invited a friend it just needed her email address I believe...unless they changed it. ETA: I see you were adopted - that's awesome! ok now who wants to adopt me?? i promise to be a good adoptee
  7. Right now I just want the Michael's ad. I keep hearing so many rumors, I want to see the real thing!
  8. if you still have them, that would be awesome. I was actually going to look for these tonight as I saw a post about it on a scrapbook board I get on :)
  9. People are being oversensitive...geez! Maybe send out an update email with the meaning of black friday???
  10. I'd be interested in joining a Prime family as well.
  11. well maybe with two outlet centers near Cincinnati maybe it will calm down...but somehow I doubt it. I went to Jeffersonville the first year they did the midnight opening and it was beyond C-R-A-Z-Y!!!!!! Luckily my group got there pretty early and stopped at Waffle House beforehand. It was just madness the closer it got to midnight. The freeways and all roads were backed up as far as you could see. People started parking their cars on the sides of the freeway and hopping the fence. Needless to say they were lucky to find there car there later, they started towing people. The lines were super long and the deals were nice, but not nice enough to miss the other stores for.
  12. well good to know about this crazy return policies... I have an Acer netbook I bought from Woot and I love it. My brother also has had one for about a year and he uses it as his primary computer (and tv too). I bought a warranty from Square Trade since mine's a refurb, but so far, so good :)
  13. dang i got all excited for free ice cream! The pies at Cold Stone are $13, but there was a $3 off coupon in the newspaper a couple of weeks ago. A 6-pack of cupcakes is like the same price too. I think the cakes are $20+, which is why I haven't bought one...
  14. I'll take anything right now!!! Where are they!?!? but in no particular order: Best Buy Meijer's Michaels JoAnn's K-Mart

Blasphemy! You are making fake Buckeyes I believe it is because you are doing it the wrong way you get bad results, you must concede to the Buckeye!
  16. I'll have to go with Twilight by Stephanie Myers. I LOVE reading books but never re-read books, and this is the only one I have done that to.
  17. what about some bath and body kind of stuff. I'm going to buy some stuff for my little cousin who is 11. I gave some bath butters and scrubs to her mom because I didn't care for the scent and here her daughter used them all up and loves them. She also used my hair mist too. I buy from a couple stores on www.etsy.com. http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=6939177 http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5566504
  18. the wait is killing me ~ come on ads!!
  19. I would wait until Black Friday. I bought a Create at Michael's last year for $150. (If I remember correctly Walmart had the Expression for $200, and JoAnn's had the original for $100). They also had the cartridges on sale for $30. I mostly buy my cartridges on ebay (although be careful, there are some crappy sellers out there with Cricut stuff lately ), JuJu Bee's online store, and in stores like Michael's. You can use a JoAnn's coupon on Cricut merchandise as long as it is NOT a machine or cartridge. Read the fine print ~ so you can use it on the tools, mats, markers, and blades. Michael's coupons exclude all Cricut items. Expression - the large size where you can cut up to 12x24 (but mostly you'll probably just use the 12x12 mat). This is nice if you need a large item cut. It is quite large, so not easy to transport, but many of my friends do. You can now buy rolling bags to fit the Expression, or one friend uses a smaller rolling suitcase. There is now a pink Expression that is being sold for around $300-$400. The only difference is the color and the blade housing is made of different material. It also has the breast cancer cartridge in it that is going for around $100 on ebay. Create - cuts up to 6x12 like the original, "baby bug", but has some features of the Expression like flip, portrait, etc. Easy to carry to crops. Original/"Baby Bug" - cuts 6x12 and is the original machine. Does not have extra features, but is easy to carry to crops. You can use the regular or deep cut blades in any of the machines. You can also use the markers in any of the machines. You cannot use the 6x12 mats in the Expression, you must use 12x12 or 12x24. You can only use the 6x12 in the baby bug or Create.
  20. They are a bit of a hit and miss company - some people have a great experience and others have really lousy ones. I personally won't shop there for a few comments the company posted on the Cricut MB, but the one time I did order it did come quickly.
  21. To use the coupon you need an e-rep. On the top of the page there should be a banner or something asking to find a e-representative. Just plug in your zip code, pick a person, and then you can apply the free ship code. It just means you picked a local Avon person to apply your order to.
  22. Target has a 19" Sylvania for $149 right now...does anyone think a 19" will go lower on BF? I just need a small one for a bedroom.
