Thanks! I'll have to check that out! Man, that bookcase is perfect, plus the garage thing they have is just what I've been looking for. Now I'll have to see if I can talk the inlaws into going there before they come down for thanksgiving. The closest one to us is an hour away, but they have two fairly close to them.

Just a word of advice. Check over the rebate form they give you carefully. I know of at least three people personally that got something from Home Depot that was supposed to have a rebate and they were given the incorrect paperwork. Of course no one bothered to tell them this until after the rebate time had expired so it couldn't be corrected and calls to corporate yielded nothing. Just wanted to give y'all a heads up. I don't want anyone to be disappointed. :)

I need a bookshelf for my 3 year olds room. Max size about 3 foot by 3 foot. I've seen them around but they are all too expensive. Anyone seen a steal on these?

Actually, at least in my area, the toys were both a night owl and an early bird special so they're 20% off until tomorrow at 1pm. :)

Actually for the first time I think ever they are going to have a coupon. But I'm not sure they've been released yet. (My mom's a manager there.) I believe its going to be for 20% off. The more I read the more disturbed I get. Posts all over are talking about buying something supercheap and then returning it without a reciept to a different store to get a full price refund. Or the store they bought it from won't take it back so they take it somewhere else with a more lax return policy. Is this the norm? Does everyone do this? Maybe I'm missing something here, but this doesn't seem right to me. This does explain why I get the treatment I do from some stores when I try to return something though. I guess I'm just wondering if I'm the only one that doesn't get this.

I'm not sure about BF but Michael's has 50% off framing ALL the time. Just check your Sunday paper. When the coupons come out you'll have to read the fine print, I never tried to use them at the framing counter.

I'm sure they'll have those turkey buck things again. They do that every year. Don't know what the deals will be yet though.

Sometimes I'm really glad I only have boys. that doll creeps me out.

That's the holiday spirit we all love and admire. j/k I like the people who want to tell me about their recent bowel surgery because we're stuck in line together. That's fun. (Yes, this happened. And when we were done with that story, we moved onto another one.)

I haven't been disappointed at all this year, but that's probably because my kids are 1 and 3. I only shop for them and DH and he's happy with about anything. I guess when you don't have any specific requests to fill, it's easier.

I saw this in the walmart ad and was thinking of getting it for my oldest. He loves to watch his daddy play video games. I know the ages say 3- whatever, but does that ring true or do you think I'd be better off waiting until next year for this? BTW he just turned three. TIA

Kids like your little girl aren't the ones that bother me. It's the ones that are running around unsupervised screaming and crying because they aren't getting what they want.

I don't really go by the amount of gifts. I just have a certain amount I want to spend and get what I can for that. Of course, the boys are 3 and 1 so that will probably change when they get older and actually ask for stuff.

If you have a Sam's Club, you might want to try there too. They usually have some nice sets.

Everyone keeps talking about waiting in different lines for each ticketed item. At my BB last year, you just got in line and workers would take your tickets and get your items. Does no one else's do this??

I haven't seen it either. Not even at Toys R Us that's part of the reason I was hoping someone would have a special on it. Looks like that one may have to be an online thing.
