So, I'm eyeing the B1G1 15% off on the gaming cards. I gift those to least 5 people, and I'm usually grabbing them the week before Christmas at full price and a trip to the store. And while my boys and husband just buy their own games now when they come out, my grandson got a switch this year, and I see some games for a fairly good price. So I may go ahead and get that out of the way too.

Interesting, I also got 30% off, but it says the GET30, instead of a unique code. I had thought that they usually would send unique codes, but also have a generic, so I was a bit confused when I checked that. Thanks for verifying I wasn't crazy! Dr. Squatch natural soap. My husband turned his nose up at this when it was gifted to him... but 2 years later, he hasn't used anything else! The Pine Tar is is favorite. The scents are "man scents". Yay, October! I'm enjoying the colors on the trees in my new house. We head to Disney 4 weeks from tomorrow. Ans hopefully I'll start doing some shopping soon!

Christmas decorating will be day after Thanksgiving. Fall will be this weekend (hopefully, I'm still unpacking from moving a couple weeks ago). Halloween will be maybe the weekend before Halloween (23-24), but since we are going out of town over Halloween, I probably won't do much. Thanksgiving will be probably Nov 13-14.

Light blue might be nice and different. Otherwise, I'd vote light gray.

Y'all, I haven't even started thinking about Christmas. Which is unusual for me. I have no thoughts or ideas of what I'm getting anyone, but guess I better get with it! I have 2 big bags of bread flour and flour flour, but I moved this week, and I still haven't unpacked it. I mostly use sugar, powdered sugar and chocolate chips in my holiday baking. So I need to start grabbing all those now. I have no idea what stock is like at my stores, because I haven't been in a grocery store in over a year.

I never really ever set a budget. I just get what everyone wants. My kids are older now, so there's not a whole lot they want or need. I am hoping to find a PS5 for oldest son since I got a Halo Xbox for youngest. Then they won't need much else. Maybe house things for all 3. We just moved (today!) So I will definitely be looking for household things as well.

Moving day is tomorrow. Yikes. It's a 2 day move, so that will be fun. Tonight is last minute packing (dishes, tools, medicines...) Here we go!

Until you start overthinking cool ways to wrap them! A couple years ago I wrapped gift cards in plastic and stuck them in a jar of slime for my teenaged nieces and nephew.

Yay September! Moving month, and my birthday month. We have a 4 day weekend, and I plan on using every bit of it to pack. Holy cow I have a lot of stuff!! 12 days to go!

Thanks! And oh my goodness! My daughter turns 30 this year as well. I did have an ultrasound, but they said, "I'm pretty sure it's a girl..." so I mostly planned for that, but I had a boy name ready, and a neutral color nursery. But I did also have only one (pink) going home outfit so luckily they were right! At least he'll come home to a dinosaur room. Pink and purple dinosaurs, but dinos nonetheless!

Thank you! I'm excited. And we've been wondering the same thing. She had 3 or 4 ultrasounds, some were even the fancy 3D things that cost $$$. The first one was only at like 15 weeks when they called it, and I think it was probably still a little too early, and then I guess they never checked again.

Today was the day for my new granddaughter to be born. But... it's a boy! My poor daughter was in shock. And oh my goodness, all the pink... But both are doing good, and now I get to go shopping again!

Ugh. The Halo Xbox Console went on pre-order today, and I didn't know anything about it. Sadness. ETA. I found one at Walmart! Yay! I have failed getting an Xbox and PS5 this year, so this feels like a great victory.
