There is a banner on the Home Depot site now, "Black Friday Prices Happening Now". And all the items I've checked on my list are at the advertised price, with a couple unavailable. So if there's something you were wanting to get, you may want to check now instead of waiting until Sunday.

My order is placed. Holy cow I'm drama!! I got some towels, rugs, and shower curtain for my son's dorm. 2 outfits for my grandson, and 2 shirts for me. And 3 throws. What the heck?! I'm making blankets for everyone, what am I going to do with those? They just ways fall into the buggy. Then I needed $5.35 for the next Kohl's cash, so I got me a cute gingerbread oven mitt.

I got those last year, they are very nice!

I make shopping at Kohls so hard. Sigh. So now I know to wait until the 22nd for a couple things, so that's great. But for today. There are a few things on my list same price, plus I need an Under Armor hoodie. Do I use some of my $30 KC I have now, and negate some of the $15KC I'll earn today, or save that to add with the $30 I'll get today and use that on the 22nd? But then I'll get less KC that day... But I guess that will even out, not getting it today or not getting it then.. Also, since Under Armor doesn't allow coupons, I do usually use KC when buying those, but then see above. Sigh, every. Single. Kohls order I do this!! Please tell me I'm not the only one!

Oh good, thank you! Now I can check this before buying things on today's preview.

At 6:45 I had nothing on my list. Then my daughter told me 2 things she wanted. Ended up getting both things, but 1 from Amazon, and 1 from Target (with 5% redcard discount) for the same price as Walmart. Much easier!
-
I got them in my cart now, and when I hit checkout it isn't yelling about being out of stock. So maybe try again. Also though, Amazon has matched the price on these.

I went at lunch, no line, and we were in and out in 10 minutes. Our early voting lines were insane, so I'm glad I waited. We always like to vote on election day anyway though.

Oh thank you! I was already getting overwhelmed thinking about and trying to keep up with all the different schedules.

I wasn't planning on getting any throws, since I'm making blankets for everyone, But my daughter said last week she still wanted one, and I get her one every year. (She got her handmade blanket for her birthday last week instead of Christmas) I don't really love any of the throws this year though, so I havent decided which one I'll get. I think they are past when they'd put out new designs, so I guess this is it.

Besides the usual candy and gift cards and other little things, I also try to put accessories for their bigger gifts in the stocking. (We do stockings last). Model or gaming miniature sets: paints, exacto knives, brushes Turntable: cleaning supplies Game console: case, game, memory card Or little things related to their interest: cool dice, nice mechanical pencil, small tools When the kids were smaller, I sometimes would have so much little stuff, especially for my daughter, that I would end up putting it into a gift bag and putting it under the tree! She doesn't live at home now and doesn't have a stocking, but I still fill her a gift bag. A couple years ago when she got to that bag, she exclaimed "Oh it's my stocking!"

I'm about to go look through again, now that it's not 5am and I'm not in the middle of a tropical storm going over my head! I do remember seeing a few things that caught my interest. Like the Samsung Galaxy watch 3 and the new Live buds. I got my requisite flash drives and batteries in the last preview sale.
-
Oh my, 144 pages! I do love how it's organized, makes it easy to find what you are looking for.
-
Oh. Lots of things in here I want. Batteries, garbage can, work platform, faucets, mop, extension cords, rugs... I'm so much fun! Too bad (or good thing!) The fridge I want isn't listed. It will probably be on sale though anyway.

I've got a big inflatable dragon, and that's pretty crazy for me, and my neighborhood. This year a gingerbread couple will be joining him, and that's going to be about all that will fit in the yard!

I usually buy kohls throws every year, but this year I am making blankets for everyone, plus I dont really love any of the designs that are out so far. I may buy a few to donate. I used to always buy kitty litter from Petsmart, but last year they raised the price, and I just didn't feel like going out. I probably won't go this year either. I used to ways get wrapping paper, clothes detergent, toilet paper, iTunes cards, and a few other things from Walgreens, but they cut back on a lot of their sales. I do always get batteries from Home Depot, and mama buys us all poinsettias while we are there. I bought batteries last week from Best Buy during their non-black Friday sale, so I may not be buying any of the usual this year. But that's okay. I feel like we have all the things anyway.

Mechanical pencil. This would be a great gift for an artist, writer, engineer, or math major. I got one for my youngest who is an engineering major. https://www.amazon.com/rOtring-Barrel-Mechanical-Pencil-1904443/dp/B00AZWYUA4/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=rotring+600&qid=1602767932&sprefix=rotr&sr=8-3

I also only read the forums. I tried the discord thing, but it was a little overwhelming for me.

I'm giving my 5yo grandson Tinker Toys. I remember being around that age and building big creations with them. They look a lot different than when I was a kid though! https://www.amazon.com/Tinkertoy-Adventures-Building-Set-Ages/dp/B07PPPRX7D/ref=mp_s_a_1_16?dchild=1&keywords=tinker+toys&qid=1602121554&sprefix=tinker+toys&sr=8-16

Yep, same. I think I'm just not ready to really shop yet. I did get a couple toys that were on sale and got the $15KC. But then now I have to find something to spend it on!

Oh wow, thank you.

Oh good idea to think ahead. I already have some of the Betty Crocker pouch cookie mix, sugar and chocolate chip, as I bought some during the early summer thinking while I was home I'd be all baking-motherly and makes lots of cookies. Yeah... I also still have ingredients for Nestlé Tollhouse cookies. So we'll have those simple cookies for sure. My major dessert I make is buckeyes. I have a couple bags of powdered sugar already, but better grab some more in case. And something I made a couple years ago and ended up being a big hit with the youngest was cool whip cookies. So those are now a must. He doesn't eat buckeyes, so this gives him another thing to eat. That's probably enough. But I actually have a surplus of flour (Kroger: all purpose flour isn't the same as bread flour!), so I should try and find one more thing that requires that. Maybe spritz cookies.

Same as all the above. I don’t ever have a budget, I just get things that are needed/wanted if they are a good deal. Thankfully we weren't effected too much money wise, just had to pay son's half of the rent a couple months while he was home and not at school working. Also, I have no lists or ideas yet. And neither does anyone else. We're just not ready yet. But I guess we'll see what deals start popping up, and as usual, that will probably start dictating what everyone "needs".

Oh nice!
