We have one about an hour away and I enjoy going in there every now and then too. The one near here has quite a large selection of childrens books and coloring books for great prices!

Seriously? They give a list too? For work people??? Wow. I think that's a little crazy. Not to mention the $35 was too much too. I think you made the right decision.

Like I said the one I have I really do love, I just thought if I could get better zoom I would like that....but....maybe I should just stick with what I have right now and look around at others a little. I've heard this before, but I've had my Kodak for about 3 years and the pictures are just as detailed and crisp as they were when it was new, so I'm having a hard time wanting to get any other brand. I guess I'll have to think about it. Maybe I just got really lucky with the one I have. Brad or mrn8, can you help me with the difference in the zoom on the cameras I mentioned a couple posts up? lol..even though it's not one you would get...is the zoom significantly better or would I even notice?

I'm looking at the Kodak cameras. I love the one I have now, but I thought if there was enough difference in the zoom that I'd like to get the newer one. The one I have (10x zoom) is 38-380mm and the 12x zoom is 36-432 zoom. That sounds like quite a difference, but I'm clueless :) Thanks for any help! :)

I have a question. I have a camera that has 10x optical zoom. There's a camera that's pretty much the upgrade of mine that has 12x zoom. I'm considering getting it, but I'm wondering how much of a difference that will really make. I use my zoom a lot. Actually, most of the time. Can anyone help me with that?

I guess the only thing I really sacrifice is sleep. I'm not one who will go and wait in line the day before black Friday. I don't care how good the deal is, I won't do it. I hate being outdoors. Especially if it's cold....and I live in Ohio, so it's almost always cold that time of year.

Oh I am so glad I passed on this one. I'm sorry they're no good though. It will cost almost as much to send them back as it would to just keep them though....well...unless they give you a free return shipping thing.

Usually between $20 and $25. Right now Wal-mart has some on clearance for around $11 and $15. I'm hoping there will be some good sales on these soon.

I ordered on the 19th. I haven't checked my status. I will try to check that in the morning and let you know. I ended up checking this last night and it just said shipped. I'd give it another day or two before you get too worried.

My order just arrived. I'm not all that impressed with the scarves. I do like the pattern and they are soft, but I will only use them for stocking stuffers, not a gift. They just seem a little cheap to me. Maybe it's because I know they were free :) Everything else seems okay though.

Woohoo! I found 12 pairs of sunglasses tonight. I was so happy! :) I only took 2 to the register because I wanted to make sure first. When they rang up a penny I ran back and got the whole plastic rack thing. As I was kind of looking for more the manager came back and said I probably wouldn't find anymore. That those ones were supposed to have been thrown out, but she didn't realize it. She said that there had been others that were originally $1 that were recalled for lead and that those had all been pulled already. She acted kind of like she wasn't happy about me having them, but TOO BAD! The cashier rang me out and my total including 2 coloring books was $2.26! Great deal! I'll give some to a friends kids and then put the others back. It seems like we're always missing some around here so this will really come in handy!!
