Can anyone clarify for me the 1hr guarantee and how it worked last year? How early do you need to get there to get an item? Just as long as you are there between 6-7 you will get one at the honored price even if at a later date?? How well did this work last yr?

I kept trying to check out last night too! IE kept giving me an error message when I clicked on my cart. So I tried google chrome, which let me get further but still not complete the order. So out of desperation I tried on my iPod touch and it went through no problem. What the heck!!

That happened to me about 2yrs ago. Myself and another lady were the first two there and employee said yes marking down today. So we walked around waiting and some people starting loading carts so then I did the same. Then the mgr sends mark down team to housewares. WHAT?! at that point there were about 18 people with carts of stuff to get marked. I called CS from inside the store and about 20 min later they marked our carts down. I wasnt missing out once people started getting carts of stuff, so I did too. I was there about 3 hours. My husband came to ge my little one as it was nap/lunh time. But, that was my best haul to date.

ooohhh...we had tons of shoes and no purse or glasses! I bet they are cute! I picked up several of the same items listed. But I also got a Step2 grocery cart for 8.xx!! It looks sooo nice. They also had this really cool Cupcake kitchen (mybe fisherprice or step 2) for 11.xx. I definitely got less this year, but was shocked at the amount of bigger items there were like kitchens and train tables.

Honestly, I know it stinks that you were under the impression they were 50 off, but it really seems that the food is being marked differently than the rest. But some food gift sets did go to 70 off. It is confusing, which apparently so was the worker. I am not sure if this really warrants a call to corporate. You asked, which was acceptable, to honor the sign, they said no. Hopefully you can find more when they really get marked down.

I was planning on shopping this day and just wondered if anyone sees this a day or 2 ahead. Thanks.
