I agree, very disapointed... for me getting a 720p is pointless... one it won't display the 1080i OTA signals properly and won't handle hd-dvd/ps3/blu ray properly... Newegg HAD a 46" 1080p for 999 hyundai, it was gone quick though, such crap!

its gone already... can't buy it if you go to checkout earlier, now listed as totally out of stock... greattt. the only onilne decent deal on a 1080p :/ guess I won't be getting anything.

awesome...i think newegg is my only hope to get a flat screen tv this year... I also have a newegg account, so can do no payments for 6 months if I need to.

I'm pretty dissapointed...I'm hoping amazon or newegg will come out with some sales... as I don't think I can lug a tv back on the plane with me anyhow ... and a big ticket item like this, might be cheaper to get one online, rather than getting one in the store after you pay all that tax on it...

Any idea on what a 1080p 42" LCD is going to run for??? I need the 1080p for ps3/blu ray, and my computer. I don't have cable so the hd portion is what concerns me most for those other items.

Hi all, It is that time of year again.... And I am planning on getting an HD tv this year for the black friday deals... What I was wondering is, will any of the big box stores let you purchase an item at one store... But actually pick up that product later, at another store across the country? Reason is I will be travelling to Florida, but I am here in Chicago... no way I can take that thing back with me on the plane... I guess I could ship it, but after store tax... it might be cheaper to order from newegg or something. Thoughts?

any good deals with free or cheap phones with these companies going on right now? don't want t-mobile or sprint as the reception here is horrid.

yeah not big on memorex either, they are usually rebranded cheapo CMC magnetics, i try to get fuji, sony, verbatim, maxell, tdk from the stores, or ritek g05 or ty from online, not that cheap either, just about every week since the summer, one of the major electronics/office retailers are running a 50 pack for 14.99 or 100 pack for 29.99 or cheaper, so i don't buy for over that anymore. it seems that is now the standard sale price. check out salescircular.com for info on this. like ripn says, if possible try to find discs made in japan, the dye is superior. circuit city has 50 pack nextech's this week for 9.99 if you want some cheap discs, though I would not recommend them for video, only maybe giving them out to friends or temporary data.

Geeez I'm 6'4" and also wear a 14-15 depending on brand and bigger than most of my peers, I think you have to be like a 7' tall basketball player for these sizes.

hmm...this ram sucks, btw... going to put it in another computer, has mem errors bigtime. i'll try putting it in a box where it won't be used much. run memtest86 and see for yourself.

got one, though didn't know about any freebies, maybe it came with them and i threw them out or something, i wouldn't use napster if it was free anyhow. i haven't tried the fm tuner, i actually forgot it had one, thanks for the reminder, although i would have still bought it if it didn't have an fm tuner, not really a selling point for me.

Okay, circuit city set me up with 4 different accounts when they were having that system blunder, idiots... Now I have to go back there and more than likely raise hell... If that doesn't work then going to dispute the charges.

guy gift... cigar set (cutter, nice lighter) with a few good cigars. bottle works too, plenty of holiday sampler sets at the liquor stores. what are you going to get at lowes for 15? a bag of fertilizer?? yes big lots has several shot glass type gifts, even some jack daniels coffee and other whiskey, poker, shot glass type christmas gifts.
