Yep it is the first years. I had to contact them about a part I lost to a baby gate they make a while back and they were quick to respond and super helpful.

I will never be without one now. I really thought it was silly to have a toothbrush that was so pricey, but since BzzAgent gave it to me free I said what the heck. lol My oh my was I pleased. I loved the feature that works up to full speed on it over a 2 week period. If you use that you will get used to it easier. The first time I used it I was amazed. It made my teeth feel like I had just been to have a cleaning. Now mind you I brush like crazy with a regular brush and floss too and had never had them feel like that. Mine also has a massaging cycle on it too which helps with your gums. I am probably a weirdo, but I have to turn mine back on after the 2 minute cycle is over because I am not done yet. lol Mind you I have never enjoyed brushing my teeth till I got the my first sonicare a few years ago (with the first Sonicare BzzBlast).

I decided to go with this pump after looking around for a while. It just dropped to $214.87 as well. Also, I did decide to avoid the whole BPA issue and am using the Avent Magic cups. They fit the pump fine as all avent products are interchangeable. I am still using Playtex drops ins for feeding though.

I was coming to post the same thing. They were plain white and were in the bridal section of the dollar spot. They looked very cute. I think some had heart cut outs. You could easily paint these or add some colored decorations to jazz them up a bit.

I have a cheapo dual screen version from Walmart. It is their Duraband brand. I have had it for 3 years now with no issues.

As long as you are not heating anything in them it should not be an issue. I personally store breast milk in drop in bags with a rubber band (the tiny hair kind) at the top and then they are good to go when I need them. You simply pour them into the bags (having the bag in a bottle keeps there from being a mess). I use the Playtex drop ins which are bpa free -- and i use the store brand drop ins so they are cheaper.

They changed my flights several times, but it was nothing major. They were pretty much within a ten minute window, but they have to notify you even if it is changed by one minute -- and yes we did get a notification like that.

Ok, I was just curious. That clears it up. :) I wish you luck with your complaint. Maybe if nothing else it will cause them to change their policy (if it is not policy that is) and make them announce it ahead of time. I know there was one girl taking a dog on to a flight when I flew, but she was flying a different flight than we did.

I guess I have never heard of an airline informing you if there were pets on board. Did it cause an issue that I am missing? (Not trying to be rude, just curious cause you said that you did not know till you were about to land). I have had a few flights with AirTran (alone with both kids) and they were exceptional. I had no issues at all and they went out of their way to help me with the kids. I was actually expecting far less in customer service, but I was quite pleased. I even flew over the Thanksgiving holiday and still it was no issue. I understand your problem with customer service. I had an issue with Leap Frog not responding to my complaint in a timely manner, but when they did they completely made up for it. Good luck to you!
