I really don't know what we're doing this year. I'm working now so that will change things a bit.

Once we get moved in a month I'll be able to start shopping and stashing

Target and BB I could believe but Walmart will make it earlier than that for their first round of deals.

New territory for me this year - Phoenix AZ. Don't know what I'll do.

For whoever suggested something with more of a holiday tie-in why don't we have a contest to see who can show the most holiday spirit? Or maybe most creative BF t-shirt design... not everyone will win/be able to buy an official shirt and I've seen some creative people out there.

Me too... I'm already thinking holiday gifts for teachers!

I feel for the employees too, though there are some who actually welcome working on holidays if they're earning overtime (like me). Your DD nailed it with Gray Thursday and I think she should get the first shirt of the year.

I think burnt orange would be a good subdued hue if you want to do the printing in navy.

I don't have a list yet but I should make mine today. Then I'll post it on here as my backup.

I've hardly done any. Got to talk to DH and see what he'll approve for the kiddos.

It's continuing to snowball too... several people going in now and paying for others. If I could I would.

So sorry for your loss jstluvem... I should have added that to my post yesterday. I'll keep you and your family in my thoughts. :) And now (drum roll please)... my SS box arrived! It was a heavy box and my postman was glad to be rid of it. A nice gift bag on top contained six different grinders: black peppercorn, peppercorn medley, garlic pepper, lemon pepper, italian herb and sea salt. A big bag of M&Ms provided cushioning for my big wrapped gift (which had a handmade beaded ornament on it, btw) which is... a 4qt. stock pot! And not just a generic one but a Kitchen Aid! (Can you tell how excited I am yet???) This is one piece of kitchen ware that will NOT be given away if I have to move and I think DH will agree. I LOVE MY (stock) POT! THANK YOU!!!!!! P.S. TO my SS - how did you know I was going to cook Italian tonight? Hahaha... I will put your gift to use right away!

I bet if I stay away from home tomorrow I'll get a blue slip in my box saying I have a package... I should try it! :)

What I hope to be doing tomorrow at the mailbox... :)
