You could make a donation to her church toward a missions project or whatever the current fundraiser might be. Donating to her favorite charity would be a good idea too. For anyone struggling with what to get someone, I would consider making a "purchase" in their name from Heifer International. It would be a very meaningful gift not only for the "recipient" here, but also for whoever actually receives it. A little money can go a long way here and keep on giving =)
