    Minolta Dimage?

The Z-1 Minolta; 2724-301 is in the Bargain Bin at Micro Center Online for $249.99. What a deal!!
  2. Even though the deals this year are not so great/Don't need anything, I remember lining up 2 hours early at Target for a crummy bag of samples. So I think people will go (like I will), Just to go. Its TRADITION my daughter says, like a tree lighting, or seeing Santa hellicopter in. I've been doing this for at least 7 years and see no reason to stop now.
  3. I don't know, the $200 computer is still tempting. Even with nothing else worth buying. -Remember we are labeled "Devils" by Best Buy.
  4. I arrive at BB 1:30 A.M. Sit in my directors chair, watch TV on my Casio 770, take pictures of us morons with my Vivitar 3730, and talk to the people around me about what store we are going to hit next. When there is a half hour of waiting left, I take out my can of Shasta soda and drink it. I'm always afraid I'm going to need to go the bathroom sooner. The people around me last year had a laptop, and brought chinese take-out food. With an hour to go local businesses come by with coffee and donuts, and breakfast sands available at movie theater prices.
  5. I just go to the web sites of all the stores and look at the ads there. They are online the day before Thanksgiving at Midnight. This helps fill in the gaps of not having all the ads in the paper. And don't forget Compusa has a pre-Thanksgiving sale on Wednesday around 6 P.M. The ad is out on that Wednesday. People line up early for this.
  6. The ad comes out on Thanksgiving. I've never seen it early. Fry's has some awsome Black Friday deals. I have a hard time deciding where to go because of this. But when I think of how they handle their regular sales on a regular Friday. I choose Best Buy hands down. On a regular Friday I get there 20 minutes before they open, they have no line, just a mob of about 25 people, the doors open, we all run in, and I'm fighting for one of 10 hard drives. At Best Buy with the ticket system you know your going to get the item. You have some people grabbing as many as they can, I'll pull one right off their pile. If they ran their regular Fridays better, I'd probably go there. The deals are better than anywhere else, but also, all the rebates I've sent in from items purchased at Fry's, I've has the most trouble getting the money out of the companys. Especially the non-branded components. In the end they send me a personal check. At Best Buy, you get your rebates fast, and if you don't, you call them up, and Best Buy will send you the check. Remember, always get SEALED BOXES. Last year at Best Buy, I bought a Lite On DVD burner. A Benq cd reader was in the box. It took me till May to get the money out of Minnesota HQ. No one would listen to my story.
  7. I go to Best Buy at 1:30 and use to be 2nd in line, now I'm about 20th. Still I get everything I wanted. computers, tv, hard drives, burners, dvd's, dig camera, memory, all the limited stuff. They pass out tickets so as long as your there upfront, you will get the specials, no need to hurry once your in the door. Then its off to Office Max. Still lots left. Then Compusa. Good thing they open later. I end up walking in with the line. Miss the real limited stuff. An hour later, same at Circuit City. I walk in at the end of the line. This is the 7th year I've done this and look foward to this every November. I have showed others how to score these great deals and save $1000's in rebates. Awsome web site you have here!!!
