  1. Can you put item in your cart now, and pay at the sale day? Or will they get kicked out when the sale starts?
  2. I was going to get the 65" TV but found that the wall where it goes is too small. So I bought the 50" Onn TV and it was delivered this morning while I was at work. Glad no porch pirates came by before I returned at 1:30. It is replacing the 50" Emerson that I bought on BF years ago from Wal*Mart. That TV quit this year and I was forced to watch a small 43" that I won at a car show 6 years ago. No one should have to watch such a small screen!! Hope everyone gets what they are looking for. BF is not the same as it was 20, even 5 years ago and has lost its fun. I liked lining up the day before and waiting all night for the doors to open on one store, then hurrying to all the other stores on my list.
  3. Fry's has sent a 3-Day BF ad to Promo Code subscribers. Not much for me. But a 24" Samsung curved monitor is $99. 128GB U3 micro SDXC 4k card w/adapter only $14.99. Lots of stuff not found in their weekly ad. Most can be bought online.

    Pep Boys BF Sale

Pep Boys has a Black Friday ad on their website. The best deals I found were a FREE jack after MIR. And Peak Anti-freeze for $5 /Gal after MIR. The oil may be a good price, but I found it cheaper at Wal*mart. Their ad was better in past years.
  5. I said I was not going here this year. But this morning they sent me a coupon good for $10 off $10 purchase. So I will get the non-diluted antifreeze and some car wax that will be free with the coupon. They got me again.
  6. Ordered 82 cans of cat food and 5 buckets of litter online. After using my sign up bonus and my $100 gift card I received with credit card points, the order cost me 34 cents. Not bad, and I don't have to fight for the food or wait for the store to open. Will go later in the day and pick it up.
  7. Has been my 3rd stop for years just to buy the oil and antifreeze. Always first in the door. But with the super high prices they have this year I guess Pep Boys will not be on my list. Black Friday has been destroyed and is not special anymore. Everything is just at normal sale prices. The stores have wrecked it by opening early and allowing online sales.
  8. If you download the PDF copy you will see that there are 12 pages and not the 8 that show in the scans. The 50% and 15% coupons are on page 12.
  9. On Black Friday, everything went great as usual. Started at Home Depot at 10 of 6 was in line at the back of the building. Can't believe all these people are here for poinsettias but me. In and out with my 20 items in 25 minutes. Head over to Lowe's. Store is empty, people should have come here for their poinsettias. No line. Got some stuff, some stuff was priced higher than in the ad so did not get it. Headed to PepBoys. After to minutes, found out they were not opening till 7:30 so went to Staples, picked up a printer. Back to Pepboys with 5 minutes to spare. No one there but us. I guess no one changes their own oil anymore but me. Bought 40 quarts of oil (was allowed 60) and 4 gallons of anti-freeze that after rebates will be $96. Headed over to Fry's. Was there by 8, really crowded, had plenty of everything that people camped out for at Best Buy for less. Got in line to pick up online orders, that took a half hour, Then in line to pay another 20 minutes. Headed over to Harbor Freight, got a jack. Went back to Lowe's for some wrenches that we forgot about, the price was changed on the keyless lock so I got it. Was home by 10. Today went to Fry's, was there at 10 minutes till opening. Was first in line, wanted the free after rebate range extenders. So did everybody else. Got 2, bought a new shaver for $20, went home. No problems anywhere, another perfect Black Friday.
  10. Bought 7 items from Fry's Electronics at 6 A.M. everything went quick and easy except the promo code said "invalid". That is OK because you don't have to show it until you pick up your order. Bought 5 items from the noon sale and this time the promo code went through, but you still have to show it on pick up. Got both confirmations that orders are ready for pick up instantly. Now waiting for the midnight Black Friday sale. Drove by Fry's at 7:30 this evening. There was no line. The smart people have found Fry's is cheaper on most items that you have to camp out to buy at Best Buy. If you ordered for shipping without a promo code, just e-mail them or call. They will fix the price. Going to Home Depot first tomorrow, then Lowe's, Pep Boys, Office Depot, and Pet Smart. After that head over to Fry's and pick up my orders.
  11. Blows Best Buy out of the water. http://images.frys.com/art/email/112417_fri082tvr_BF1/BF1_web.html http://images.frys.com/art/email/112417_fri425drf_BF2/BF2_web.html?promocode=%%promo_code%% http://images.frys.com/art/email/112417_fri861fht_BF3/BF3_web.html?promocode=%%promo_code%% They always have a large supply of stuff and you can order most items online. Must have Promo Code.
  12. They have some pretty good deals. Must have promo code. 2 separate pages. http://images.frys.com/art/email/112317_thu062olj_tg1/TG1_web.html http://images.frys.com/art/email/112317_thu612cvb_tg2/TG2_web.html?promocode=%%promo_code%% "And remember, your Best Buys are always at Fry'S!"
  13. Time for a years supply of oil and anti-freeze at the years lowest prices.
  14. Arrived at Home Depot about 5:30 A.M. Was about 100 people from the door. Bought keyless lock, Ryobi impact driver, hole saw, some sawsall blades, a Dremel, accessory kit for Dremel and a 12x12 pop up. Would have gotten out sooner than 6:22 but all those people blocking the main asile for poinsettias create a gridlock every year. They should move the distribution center to the back of the store, but I don't think those old ladies could make it that far. Went to Staples next door got the Brother laser printer. Now it is 6:30. Over a few blocks to PetSmart. Got 100 cans cat food, 2 buckets of Tidy Cat. Drove past the Best Buy. About 20 suckers waiting outside. If you have a Fry's in your city, you would know why the line was so short. Made it to Pep Boys across the street by 7:45. Only person in line. If people would realize what a great deal this is there would be a line. Bought 5-5quart jugs of oil, oil filters and 2 gallons of anti-freeze. Over at the Ace Hardware they had bird seed 20 pound bags buy 2 get 2 free. What a deal! 80 pounds for $20. Only about 10 people in here at 8:30 Back to Lowe's to get some Vice-Grips. Really empty here. Now across town to Fry's Electronics. Was there yesterday and waited a half hour for the 5 P.M. opening. Today they have already been open an hour, but I know they have lots of inventory. Got a power supply, a couple more hard drives, ear buds, and some power strips. About the same number of people as yesterday. Fast moving line to checkout. Was able to get everything on my list and was home by 10 A.M. I wonder what Fry's will have on sale tomorrow? Thanks Brad for this website. With the leaked ads, I can make my list up days in advance and plan my route.
  15. Nothing I want is available online. It is listed as it is, but when you try to buy it, it refuses, saying quantities are limited. Guess I will have to go fight all the old folks that are buying 99 cent poinsettias for their churches. I should talk, I am 61. And was ready when the sale went live.
