  1. We have a stainless steel Frigidaire that we got that was on clearance at Sears, so I didn't have options to choose from. I like it a lot. The only thing I want to change in my next one is getting one where the silverware container is in the door--giving me that much more room with my 2 drawers. I will not budge on that one, as with 3 kids, we go through a lot of dishes.
  2. As the hygienist above stated, apparently the back teeth are harder to get, as I was personally told that my top back teeth had gum issues--and she stated she didn't think I was brushing good enough back there---and I do brush, but I do have a small mouth, so maybe it is too big to get back there good enough. Other than that, I really like the Sonicare. Dh and I both use it.
  3. It can be from a file on your computer. All of mine are. :)
  4. I'll have to fw this info to dh. Something like this would solve our issue. We have Vonage, and the way we have to have it set up right now doesn't allow for good reception. We can't even walk out the front door without losing sound. It stinks...
  5. We have 3 Zunes and 1 Ipod. Everyone is happy with what they have. Dd14, Ds7 and I have the Zunes. I didn't ask for a Zune, Dh just got it for me, but I love it, and will probably really love it when I am sitting in a waiting room and am able to watch a movie. I also would've been fine with an Ipod. Before that, I had a little $39.95 mp3 player which was fine too. Dd14 uses her Zune for storing pics, watching movies and music. Ds7 uses his primarily for watching movies. Dd12 has an Ipod Shuffle, which she's completely happy with because she just wants music. She'd rather player her DS than watch movies. So, I think it depends on what you want in your player.
  6. This is painful for me. Dd14 wants this so bad, but dh says we can't spend any money, which he's right, we shouldn't. But this is such a GOOD deal!!! I wish I didn't see this...
  7. I hadn't had a survey from here in a long time--then a couple days ago, I got one. Noticed I had $11.70 in there from before, so I cashed it out. I didn't think I ever earned any money from there, as typically I didn't really qualify for most.
  8. Got dd12's ipod today. So far, I've put 81 songs on it for her. I've used 266 MB, so just a little over half. I'm listening to it now and it sounds great. Thanks again Fishboysmom! Dd will be happy when she gets home from school.
  9. We have an HP laptop. Something went goofy with the screen. They shipped us a Fedex box, we sent it back (all free), they fixed it quickly. The whole thing was less than a week. It was a refurbished laptop, and we've had it 3 years now. Just the one issue that was taken care of so quickly.
  10. Shipping was $6.95 for me. Not sure where you got that shipping was more than the iPod, but maybe you can get through enough of the checkout process to find that whatever quoted you first was wrong.
  11. Thanks much--grabbed one for dd12. She's the only one without a good mp3 player.
  12. If we're going for less wording, I'd vote for this one. Any word on this "project"?
  13. I have to agree with PP. All of the castles I visited weren't too storybook/princess-like. I loved the parts of Neuschwanstein that we got to see, but I was about 20. The outside is fantastic from a distance--just like the books/postcards. I don't know if I'd be too impressed at 6.
  14. This is worrying me--if we have to end up moving before our year contract is up... Hope not. We had all the same bad experiences with Dish Network, therefore we went with DTV this time. We have had it for 5 years. Always have TV--even in storms, and customer service is pretty good. Dh called and told them we were thinking about cancelling and they offered us a lower bill with DVR for a year, but it locked us into a year contract. 3 times we had to call and get credits, as they charged us for the DVR when they weren't supposed to. Each time they credited, but it was a pain. Other than that, no issues. But, again, won't look forward to problems if we have to move. That's where Dish really got us.
  15. I had gotten my dd12 a suit at Sears that wasn't expensive or cheap. Had looked at Kohls and their selection was not too great. I went to Wal Mart a week later and noticed they had 3 piece suits for 1/2 the cost. They were cute too. I bought her a 14, as the 10/12 looked too tiny according to dh. It was too big for dd12, but fit dd14. Anyhow, just thought I'd mention. That was back in March though, and I know swimsuits go quickly. Also realize many aren't fans of Wal Mart.
  16. I thought this might be for the stand mixer... That's the one I really want, but just can't see spending the money on right now.
  17. Thank you--I was wondering about that. :)
  18. Thanks so much! Got 6 shirts and 1 hoodie for $30.93---a couple for me and the rest for the girls. Hopefully they will be nice and share shirts with each other, as they are SO cute--and I know they are both going to especially love one of them.
  19. I thought they looked like something I'd seen before. You're right- :) That is such a different show. Reminds me of something I watched as a kid in the 70's. My ds7 would actually like these--he's a goofy kid. He has a different imagination...
  20. I didn't look through all of them--and it's probably too late, but I like this one.
  21. The little "friends" albums would be good b-day party gifts for girls Add a little disposable camera and you got a nice little gift set.
  22. lol, I thought it was makeup too--and was curious to see what pink mascara looked like. I also thought of Momto3monkies.
