I agree. The nearest store to me I could ship to is 27 miles away, so figure in gas plus $4.50... For a $1.45 more, I had it shipped to me. Thanks to the those who provided the codes though. :) Oh, and my items were from the outlet---marked down to $6.99 from $20--so I wonder why it works for some and not others....???

We also have a little acer. We bought it before the summer and I used it while travelling. We made it our primary laptop as our others have quit. Dh takes it with him during his work week, then the rest of us fight over the desktop. He came home today and brought my little guy back. I'm on it now. :) I use it for Facebook and play Farmville... Among other things... After seeing this thread, I looked up the Asus, and out of 12 reviews, two people had non functioning netbooks. That scares me a little. A couple complaints were about the small keyboard, cheap mouse keys and it gets hot. Other than that, most were happy. I would really hate to get one that doesn't work---and have to send it to India, which ultimately was one guy's advice from the company. My luck would be one kid getting one that works and the other not. That would be a huge disappointment for me and the kiddo.

This would be an awesome deal for the kids. It would definitely solve the struggles we have over one shared desktop. Especially when dad takes the laptop and mom has to wedge herself in the struggle. We can all hope.

The three games I picked each said 3 for 2 on the page when I clicked on the game, but when I go to checkout, it is charging me for all three and not mentioning the special. Does it do it at the very end? In the past, it has reflected any special before I selected my charge card.

Mine too and it is very cute. :) It's been through a few washes and still looks great.

Pretty sure our son's Zune was refurbished and he's had it for about 3 years now. He's got the same model as our daughter, and we paid a regular price for hers (being new) at the time. His was an excellent deal.

lol, I was thinking of getting it as an upgrade and giving my older pink Zune to dd13. She's the only one in the house without a Zune. iPods are just so much tinier for exercise and daily convenience---but Zunes are way better for trips and such. What to do...

Looks like the same TV we have--got a couple months ago. We like it very much. The picture isn't as super clear as some of the smaller ones, but it's still a nice picture. The kids and husband love it. I'm happy with it. Easy to switch back and forth for game/DVD, etc. and has an SD card slot for viewing photos. Sound is good. We had a lesser quality before, and the sound was our main complaint. I've had quite a few Panasonic items and never had issues like some others. Just my experience.

Hmmmm guess a day late as they are telling me both codes are expired--and I do have a card.

I don't know if you have a Costco membership, but we just got a tent at our Costco for $66.99. It's a 4-person, weatherproof tent with an overhang in the front. It's $10 higher on the site, but comes with a fan that hangs from the top inside. For our area, it was the best tent that fit our needs for the price. YMMV.

Thanks much. Got some school shopping done for my oldest daughter-- 3 tees, 1 hoodie and 2 pairs of pants for 43.00. Gosh, the shoes were such a great price, but I hate to buy if she doesn't see them first. Oh well... Happy with what I got. :)

Either one of my daughters would have liked these for Spirit Week next week. Unfortunately not enough time.
