Shortness

Not really--we really have to stick to a budget, or we pay for it. I've mostly done without a credit card--and that's the way I want it.

I try with a list, but if something pops out at me, I go for it.

I like white. Last year I bought an artificial tree (wal mart) with colored lights already on it, and the stupid thing had pink, orange, green and blue. Who the heck wants pink in there along with the other colors? I could see pink and white, or blue and white --but not pink with all the others. I just didn't want to undo it all and take it back, otherwise I would have. Next time, I'll have to plug in the lights before I bend out all the branches...

I have gone by myself and with dh. I'll probably go alone if I go at all this year. Last year there was nothing I wanted/needed.

That's a cute idea... We always end up throwing some away. I always buy them to put on the tree, and by the time we get the the last few, everybody is kind of sick of them. I've even accidentally put them in the tree decorations box and opened it up the next year. Not too big of a mess, but a few didn't make it...

Well, we got all 3 pairs, and thankfully they all fit and the kids are happy!!! Now they just need to learn to use them--they thought it would be easy. Whew! I was worried that at least one wouldn't fit-

They've always given my money back, regardless if I have a receipt or if I want to exchange it. There is a limit though at our store--they told me you can only have 2 or 3 returns without a receipt (a year). I could be wrong about the number, but it's somewhere around there that one cashier told me. I try to remember to save all of my receipts until we are sure everything fits right, etc. We don't always try things on at the store, which I guess we should...

You guys that share are great! I don't find coupons very often, but they are so helpful to have. One time we were shopping for groceries, and a guy had coupons for a free dozen eggs. He handed us one--that was so nice. :) OP--you had a great day!

OK, so my son's order did not go through, so I went back on this morning to place another one. They are no longer applying the code for me. So, obviously they are catching on to us using it more than once... I did get to use it twice for my girls, so I'm thankful for that, but I only got the free shipping for my son--not the 25% off...

Stupid me.... I didn't even pay attention and realize there were more beyond page 1... I thought I was outta luck for my son's size--but found some for him too!

Oh boy... If my son spots one of those, he's gonna want it--and he already got a different one.

We had gotten a lot at Staples back when they had their 3 for sale... Then, some more at Wal Mart for the .20. The other day, we went to Target, and their binders were not that great of a price. Then, we went to Costco, and they had awesome binders for $11.97. It offered quite a bit--more compartments, etc. My dd11 got the last decent one they had at Target, then she was mad she didn't get one at Costco. I never thought of them as having anything school-wise worth getting at a good price.
