If we are having our traditional dinner we have ham and turkey. One year we ordered pizza...can you say lazy day? :) We've also done Mexican food and a couple times we had chips, dips, pies, cakes, and whatever else. I guess it depends on how we feel.

We open ours Christmas morning. Early if it's my Christmas with my older kids and later in the morning if they are coming from their dad's house.

I usually shop until late afternoon...depending on the sales and my wallet.

I have good intentions of starting earlier but usually do the bulk of my wrapping Christmas eve.

Hmmmm...the three things that popped into my mind first were that I would need to pee (get a catheter (sp?)), would need my Dr. Pepper (get one of those hat things that holds your pop and has straws going to your mouth) and I would need to smoke if I was in there long enough...not sure what to do about that one. Oh...and a little device to freeze everybody in the store so I could just walk up and get the items I want.

Was it a no-no because I said to post whatever here to build up your points? Because you know that's what some people are doing....responding to everything to just get points. Just asking...

The town I live in only has a walmart, dollar general, and family dollar. I drive 30 minutes to a town that has a few more stores and a mall.

What is your worst fear about BF? Mine is that I won't have money to go shopping like I want to.

I like to get there a couple of hours before the sales start to try and find where the items are that I want.

Is the rebate at the store with the DVD sets?

That's what I don't like about walmart. Sometimes the stuff they have in their sales ad is not a sale but just the everyday price. I could avoid the rush bf morning and get it now for the same price.

Anybody know much about this? I was thinking about getting it for my little ones for Christmas but not sure how sturdy it is. I also have a home daycare so anything I buy can't be too flimsy or it's torn up in no time. I looked this up on Amazon but there was no pricing and no reviews...said item was unavailable.

My closest Toys R Us is an hour away so this won't really effect me. But, I did want to share in case others can use the info.
