It's refusing to recognize my email address for login! *kicks Best Buy* ETA: Annoyed that I had to check out as a guest, but got my cousin's stupid label maker (the only thing I needed) with free shipping, so I'm pleased :)

Walmart's website has some combo sets, including one for $29 where the retail for one of the kits alone is $28, so it's a pretty good deal.

I'm not sympathetic to the law at all...not when it comes to BF, but in general I'm sure retail workers would rather have the choice to work Sundays if they so choose. The whole thing has no place in modern society.

Is it definitely confirmed that cardholders can get BF deals on Thursday? I have to call around to see which of mine will be open...do we think it's just freestanding stores, or mall ones too? One of our malls has an ON that has its own entrance outside, so I'm hoping they'll be open even if the mall itself isn't!

It was on the cover of the Record today! I'm shocked! Though normally I go south or west for my BF shopping.

Hummus! I think more people would love it if they gave it a try! A nice flavored one (Whole Foods has so many good ones) with some olive oil, chopped olives and similar, with some nice toasted pita bread triangles. Yummy!

I got a roll of quarters from my aunt last year! I didn't ask for it, but it was very welcome - she doesn't drive so whenever we have family things either my dad or I take her, and she noticed my frustration with having change for the tolls (mom refuses to get EZPass, sigh). I thought it was really thoughtful.

For some reason, no one seems to think we're capable of making food. We bring bread products. In all fairness we do have the best bakeries, but still, it's like they think we can't cook!

Just takes a little perseverance! I experienced the full horror last year but it still worked in the end and I was out at the stores in plenty of time.

We get Almanacs every year, and I've found they always have the best price, though I don't think it's ever gone much lower than what it is right now ($9.29)

Can't believe they have the stones to advertise Monster High dolls when they're sold out everywhere.

If it said it, it certainly wasn't somewhere that I saw. I normally do site to store, but this had free delivery so I thought what the heck? Definitely didn't expect this, but next time I order something for either of my parents I'll be sure to pick it up at the store. I'm also writing WM a strongly-worded email. Also, as my mom pointed out, being in its own box and nothing else increases the risk of the item being damaged. Sure, it's packed securely, but it would normally only be getting moved around along with a few hundred of the same thing, stacked neatly. Once it's on a FedEx (ugh) truck somewhere with boxes of all different shapes and sizes, it should really have an extra layer of something! Maybe I'm just bitter *sigh*
