Are all Burlington Coat Factories outlet stores? I've only been to the one at Sawgrass Mills. If not, does this apply to the outlet stores as well?

It applies to the quarterly ECBs you earn on 2% of your purchase totals. Say you spend $100 in a quarter at CVS. Besides the advertised ECBs, you also earn $2.00 in ECBs based on your spending that quarter. For this time period, with the coupon, your purchases will earn 6% instead of 2%. Did I get that right, Crissy?

WTG Ken! I really want one of those as I love Frogger. I went looking for one at the Gator Town Target, and was told they haven't carried them the past two holiday seasons, and they don't have any now. I'll keep looking to see if any come in. I wonder if the ones on the website will ever go 75% off, and if so, if I'll be able to find a free shipping code when they do.

If the Global Bazaar items were regular merchandise, it would then follow the weekly departmental markdown, although it would probably not be marked down every week. However, Global Bazaar is considered a temporary seasonal set, which is why I suspect it will follow the holiday/seasonal markdown schedule like LovetoShopCA just posted about the Valentines merchandise. But again, this is all totally speculation on my part. It might still follow the departmental markdown anyway...

Welcome to the GottaDeal forums, Joy! I believe it was either becca or childofsolitude (but may have been Rockfordmom...) who told us they saw that the Global Bazaar was being reset on February 18th. Since it's already 30% off, I would assume it's following the seasonal mark down schedule, and may go 50% off on Monday, 75% off on Thursday, and 90% off the day it's reset, Sunday the 18th. This is all speculation on my part though.

Waaa!!! Even with changing the asterisks I'm getting a 404 error...

If we have guessed correctly on the Global Bazaar following a similar schedule, then it's probably time to start watching that department as well!

No, you're not the only one. I've had problems with WD's meat in the past as well. But not for a long time.

What eisens said. WD can have good deals on meat. But I still always double check the cost per pound and divide it by two, to determine if it is actually a good buy or not. I almost never buy meat at Wal-Mart. I find I am paying for a lot of saline solution instead of meat when I purchase their meat products.

This is totally opposite what I have been told at my Target. I have always been told they would not hold clearance items, unless I pay for it. Then they will hold it for 24 hours. Please let us know if it is still there when you go back this evening.

I have found many times that WD's BOGO sales, and Albertson's 10 for $10 sales actually aren't all that great because the prices are jacked up. For example, b/s chicken breasts may be $4.99 for the first pound at WD, and then the second pound is free. But I can find b/s chicken breasts on sale at Publix fairly regularly for $1.49/lb. So I'm actually paying more at the WD 'sale.' Many times the items featured in the Albertsons 10 for $10 sales are selling for about 79 cents each retail at Publix. It really does pay to know your prices on items, and not base your savings on what the receipt print out says you saved.

Hey all, regarding items finally going 75% off, and disappearing right away... Please keep in mind there are many sites on the web that have similar threads about Target. Many people who read these threads are professional flea market/ebayers/or resellers. Once they come across a clearanced item, they will buy them out. So, it may not always be that the item has gone salvage or that employees got them.

Is that a problem? I'm pretty sure the original thread was locked at post 3,000. So we're about halfway there.

We're thinking around mid-February, about the same time as the See Spot Save area. The SSS area's next set date is February 18th. Both the SSS and the Global Bazaar are six week sets, and they were both set up around the same time.

Westgate, right down University from the Swamp on SW 34th ST, and the one on N Main ST have both taken internet coupons from me. The on on NW 13th ST and NW 39th AVE is the one with the signs by the front door about not accepting internet coupons. Howdy neighbor!

I can think of five different Publix's in Gator Town, and I know one doesn't take internet coupons for sure. They even have a sign by the front doors that says that. But the one I frequent most often does take internet coupons. That's how I used the free Oxiclean coupon and the dollar off Oxiclean coupon with the Motts applesauce and applejuice deals. I would appreciate the pasta coupons, if you have them to spare. I never did find the Meullers ones.

Does Kroger have a sister store in Florida?

Hmm... Since our mens teams both won the basketball and football national championships, I doubt any Gator gear is on clearance yet. But it won't hurt to look!

Thanks Becca! So, 50% off would most likely be Thursday, February 8th, and 75% off Thursday, February 15th? Also, the Global Bazaar was set up about the same time as this last See Spot Save set, right? Since it is also a 6 week set, it should go 30% off about the same time, yes?

Wow, I was never credited with a quote before. It's just been my own private way of approaching Target clearance for so long, it never struck me others might benefit from it as well. Maybe I should add it to the end of the newbie guide?
