  1. OMG, whats with the shipping, that dress is maybe 2 lbs (thinking more like 1 lb), My exclusive Barbies are usually $5 to ship. Whats up with this. I guess its not free afterall. Shameful
  2. Build a popcorn house (instead of gingerbread) for the holidays, also makes great trees for displays....
  3. How can Walmart take legal action! Its their failure to maintain secrecy that results in the release of the ad earlier. Its not like Gottadeal is sneaking into their vault and stealing the ads. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. I don't see where releasing the ads early does harm, it only starts a BUZZ about whats for sale. Its great publicity for Walmart or any store that releases early, everyone will start talking about it with friends and family way before BF and that may get more people to venture out and shop, not less.
  4. Oh I hate when they lower the price....LOL I guess I will watch the woot and see if something comes up.
  5. I also took advantage of the free magazine subscription which was a $10 value which you can opt out and get a $10 credit (this was on the checkout page, not sure if it was open for everyone). Free gift for my new DS (that I am getting for Christmas)
  6. Where are the dig frames, I don't remember seeing any? Thanks Jill
  7. True, except I have seen it advertised on at least three deal sites with many people stating they are at least buying one, I just wonder how many of these units they have? Maybe not a good sign if there are so many refurb units???
  8. Its not really a sale, its a woot off, they have a certain number and when they are gone, they are gone. They may bring in something else but its like a big clearing house or something like that, they get refurbs or lots of items and puts them up for sale until they are gone. It can sell out quickly or go on for awhile
  9. Did you see the connector, everything now a days is USB! LOL
  10. Me too, I gave a bag of bows as we are putting the stuff under the tree and hope they stick!
  11. This isn't really a deal but cute, Costco has Jungle book 2-discs with three collector pins (the three main characters), would make a nice gift for someone. Maybe there is a rebate out there to help with the cost
  12. I am going to check it out, its one thing that insurance generally doesn't pay for??? But they will pay for mens viagra, hmmm, but I guess its a big money maker for them (pharm. company's).
  13. Another thing that is fun to do is get backpacks, lunchboxes, supplies on clearance and make Toys for tots gifts (or similar) by giving a backpack with lunchbox and school supplies (just put all the supplies inside the backpack), even a stuff animal or something small like that included in the backpack. We usually donate about $50-$100 worth of toys, etc to the TOT box every year, this is our cost which is usually the 75% off toys/backpacks etc. I also use backpacks as "wrapping" for birthday presents (its actually part of the gift) if the pack is $3-4 plus some sort of toy or craft set, it makes great presents and you don't have to wrap anything.
  14. Wow, I guess I will take the kids in and try Target one more time for school supplies, ours was 30% yesterday and thought it would go 50% before 75% but maybe not! Weird movement of clearance this year, our backpacks are 75% off already?? Oh well, another chance to look around, you never know what pops up on clearance.
  15. I think Disney.com has/had the plain mix sticks on sale for $30, these are not the max mix sticks (video ones), might still be some codes out there to work with
  16. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?id=pcmcat104800050000&type=category On the qualifying Samsung's, it says free gift by mail on the order page
  17. Anyone have this TV, sharp pic?, don't know much about the new TV's yet but hoping to get one for the holidays.
  18. I guess I will check everywhere LOL, I was there yesterday and didn't see any but they could put them out or had them in carts moving stuff around. I wanted some of the garden stuff too so definitely worth another look! Thanks All
  19. This is such a great find! My mom just ask me for "Star" magazine for Christmas, I went yesterday and was looking for Noxzema shaving cream not razors, doh, so of course didn't find any peelies so when I got onto the board last night realized it was razors not cream so was back at Walmart today and there was a whole bin of razors with the peelie on it! Score, one Christmas gift done free....
  20. Are the Sharpies in the school stuff or over in the stationary stuff? My husband wants some of the fine and ultrafine....
  21. I personally have found them to be very high in their shipping, lets say you order 5 items, it is possible that all 5 items will be shipped together or may be shipped individually...which in that case they charge you for each item shipped (the order I made was twice as much in shipping as the items and it took months to get the complete order) I haven't dealt with them in a long time because their affliate Lakeside Collection carries about 90% of what LTD has and the shipping is based on amount of the order and very reasonable. I have had very good experience with Lakeside and their ordering, this was not the case with LTD
  22. Collapse! LOL We just mellow out, it is so hectic up to Christmas morning, I am exhausted and love just hanging around and playing with the kids. We eat around 1 (parents choice, I would prefer later in the day) so everything is done by about 2 ish.....
  23. How I read this is that anything you list under $10 is free listing fees if you use a Gallery Picture which is 35 cents??? and 25% for anything over $10. If you use gallery pic than I guess you save about 40 cents but if you don't than its a wash......
  24. You can email and see if they will price adjust. I have done that on toys before but can't remember how long you have......
  25. It looks like right now, it is being sold by third party not Amazon, check back, they might come back into stock from Amazon at the $99 deal.....
