Thank you for the information given. I was worried about the increase in our gas bill over the last year but after kinda of doing some thinking, I think with the decrease in using our fireplace and two teens having showers everyday, that our increase in the gas bill is due to activity versus the heater itself. I have actually been paying attention to the tank and when people take showers etc and listening for when it shuts off and it seems in a reasonable amount of time (not running excessively). We also turned it down abit since it seemed abit high. I was finding that when I did dishes that I often scalded my hands because it got too hot and also with the decrease temp, the kids won't be taking 20 min showers LOL Luckily, we haven't had some of the problems others seem to have. We do have hard water so we do expect only about 10 yrs at max on water tanks here. The last one lasted about 10 yrs.

Thats interesting, do you happen to have a link to where you read that? I think that too that it seems to run alot, the laundry room is right next to the LR and my desk so I hear it often

now I am worried we have a whirlpool from Lowes, its about a yr and half old now. Ugg, no problems with it quitting but I noticed our gas bill has gone up. Anyone notice that with the new installed unit. We are trying to figure out if its the heater or because the kids (both young teens 12 and 14) and both decide to shower everyday and now that is at least 4 showers a day.

Thank you, I was just looking for slippers for my son and got him Clemson ones since we are the Manhattan Tigers and these were orange with a tiger paw (no name on it so perfect). I got my daughter the black/orange with tiger paw ballerina type slippers, she can use them for spirit week etc or if she doesn't like it, we can put them into the School basket that they raffle off (7th and 8th grade is the Tiger theme basket)

Christmas clearance is more spread out then the other holidays usually but than again, Target hasn't done anything as usual this year LOL

be careful with freezing the MM's, they break very easy when frozen. Ours always come out like they have been pulverized LOL

most people have found they can not return seasonal items but there have been a couple of people that their Target allowed it

so is your candy also 75% off, ours was only 50% which was a bummer. BTW, if you do fondue, kisses make a great choc for it and if you can get it cheap even more of a deal

I received order acknowledgement, nothing else until about an hour ago where I got the cancellation notice. I ordered alot on it LOL

Our V-day stuff was 75% but candy was still 50%. According to my schedule its a day early but last year all V-day stuff including candy was 75% on the 18th.....

I am buying alot less of the candy, I buy some that I can freeze but I couldn't give it away among all the kids friends so I just buy less. I bought alot of the little oreos in pkgs and other cookies last Easter and they are just not moving, I wonder if giving them to a food bank is in poor taste since they are abit older, though I have eaten them lately and still fresh?????

I used to throw the remaining batch of paper goods into the holiday box for the next season but our store doesn't have any left at clearance time, I haven't found holiday napkins for over a year now. I hardly find them during that holiday season, for some reason, they dont' stock alot here. So I am just finishing off the Halloween napkins from 2 years ago and don't have any replacements LOL I did find last year a fantastic deal on paper towels-12 pks for $1 so I cleaned them out. I just found some Valentine Nerds from last year, the kids say they are still good LOL

not sure how long you are looking for but doesn't Walmart have them 4 for $1 or something like that? Target would probably have them that cheap too. You can also look online under wedding supplies-floral wholesalers.

QP are 2 for $3 here, thats the only special I have heard of

Ours had the fireplace stuff on clearance 75% off, some Home brand and Smith and Hawkin-grates, boxes of wood, fireplace implements and some misc items.

Wow, those are some blatant thieves, its interested that in our store there are so many employees about asking if we need help, it wouldn't work here.

Maybe an Easter gift or summer gift?

I found mine on Amazon for $20 a couple of years ago, great set, might try there...

I guess its been noting on other sites that you can request a raincheck if they still have them, if the lines are too long etc.....

I am waiting to see what Target and Walmart does? I think there are going to be some great freebies, this is going into my daughters Easter Basket
