there were candy tubs with I think 90 pcs of candy in them, clear plastic...Target.com has $1 off coupons for the tubs. They also have other candy coupons that are still good and apply to the Halloween candy. I used a coupon generator.

I actually ask them to rescan it, thats when it came up further clearance, I think it may have to be done with a mark down scanner

Scored! Got the Vizio TV today, there was one there last week and went around the corner and it was gone so went over to the clearance games and there it was. Slow in the store, so ask the man if he knew if it went down anymore, he scanned it and it was showing up funny, so he took it to the register and it said $450. The electronics manager was coming by and I mentioned this may be going to $225 soon so he checked again on the little handheld and went over to someone else who I know does markdowns, they talked about how did that get missed-he excused himself and said he would be right back-he comes back with a red barcode sticker and marks it $225 and asks if I still wanted it LOL UMMMMM, yes sir! On the halloween front, we have a ton left. Got some candy with the coupons on the Target website, got two props (mister/fogger thing, lights) but no paper towels or household type of goodies. There wasn't any of that last year either. I will check again when it goes 75% off, sometimes things find their way back.

usually they go 3 days in between for holidays except Christmas, tho last year it really varied between stores.

One of our favorites are Mexican Wedding Cookies, its been called other names too! Mexican Wedding Cookies 1 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup powder/confectioners sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/8 teaspoon salt 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts (I grind them in a food processor/blender) Additional powder sugar for dusting..... In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Add the flour, salt and nuts and mix until well blended. Cover and chill. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Shape dough into balls or crescents. Place them on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes till the edges are light brown, can also be cooked at 350 degrees just will shorten the cook time. Remove from pan to cool on wire racks. When cookies are cool, roll in confectioners’ sugar or coat them. Store in an airtight container.

we had one Vizio but it was still $450, I punched in the number in the scanner and it came up none in store but did say $450 (there was one sitting on the shelf)
