Ok, just back from Target, got 4 Tag systems, ours are not marked with clearance stickers and I thought they were out but after trying to put the DCPI code into the machine and both near toys were not working properly. I went back and thumbed through the 10 boxes or so there and found 4 that looked different so scanned them and rang up $12.48, I had brought exactly 4 coupons plus the $5 Target Leapfrog one and also had a $5 off $50 one too so that makes them free. Wow, I just threw this out yesterday, went out to the trash and retrieved it. It was a BTS booklet. Now to see if ours has any left.

I noticed Targets $1 spot had alot of school type things, maybe something in there you might be able to use

I don't recall if mine was in plastic or not, I don't think so but I wouldn't pay for it, its all about their products etc, most of the recipes are probably online though. I thought the idea was to advertise their products and this was the way they picked to do it?

I believe the 59 cents one have no cardboard insert in them whereas the full price ones do?

Thank you for the opinions, I will skip this series but look into the others. I was looking for some Christmas presents on the smaller $ scale since there will probably be some bigger $ ones and I like to have some fillers.

Its a link right on the checkout page where Marie Claire magazine is listed on the left bottom. I printed it out and going to mail in for the rebate. Hopefully it works this time, I did that with Glamour magazine and they sent the magazine instead

I was told that the larger the screen the more the pixels play in sharpness so for this size TV 1080 would be sharper versus 720. I think the hz is sound quality but might be wrong on that. I am waiting for Vizio sale for 42" in the 1080 version if I can get 120 HZ at a great price then would buy if not, not important to us.

are the items available for you to buy in the store you were returning to? If so, maybe the barcode is the same on the smaller sizes and you can just buy the ones that fit her then return on the receipt you have (from the purchase) the other items? Did you ask the person who gave you the items for a receipt? Maybe they still have the receipt

Besides offering great deals, what else can a store do to get you to shop there on BF? Well, #1 is two folded for me, Target had the best deals for me but I didn't get there in time to take advantage of them but because Walmart price matched, I was able to get the items there later in the day. #2, be prepared, check out GD and get your game plan in order, if you have friends that are willing to join up in the fun, spread out with a list and everyone hits a different store to get all the items everyone wants from each store, can cover more ground that way. I also find, look online, sometimes the deals are the same or better without having to go out at 5 am to the stores. Right here on GD, there were a ton of posts of sales that really were just as good and easy without having to leave the house on BF. Also patience, don't freak if you don't get something, you might be able to price match so keep all your flyers. #3 freebies would be what would get me into the store more, maybe better bundled items that had some great stuff in the bundle that maybe other stores don't have. Example-if I was buying a DS lite, if it was a bundle with maybe a game or two, case and other accessories and its the same price as another stores price without all the extras, I would definitely be buying from them. Also, the price matching of other stores deals. If I can go to one store with all the flyers and they will price match the other stores prices, I would shop with them.

If you look at the red sticker, on the very top-right (very small LOL) is the % off that the price represents. Most times it also has the original price too on the top left side

If you have the receipt, you can return as much as you like, so keep the receipt in your purse or car so that if you find the item clearanced cheaper-just buy it again and walk back in and return the one you just bought with the older receipt. If you don't have receipt, your right its like 2 over a certain $ amount.

Well, my daughter had a blue nano....on July 4th, one of the friends stole it. We know who it was and actually saw the nano. I checked the serial number and its the same, I called Apple and they said the serial numbers are unique to each product so we will have to talk with his dad. BTW, he destroyed it trying to make it look like something he found. It was only several months old and he scratched it all up, tried to paint/cover it, it had black stuff all over it. I am heartbroken, this is a boy we have had into our homes since he was like 4 or 5 yrs old...he is 13 Also, its very hard to go to a parent and say something has been stolen. The only thing quirky is the model # on the unit is different then on the box but I am thinking in the refurb, they didn't change the model in the nano's software.

The red and blue chairs were not clearanced at our Target, I actually scanned the tag and wasn't on sale. It looked like two different types of patio stuff (maybe makers or ?) because some of the items weren't even slightly discounted. Ours had the 4 pack of chairs left and a patio couch type seat, artificial flowers, some pots and little items and plants.
