  1. Anybody get a confirmation, or recieve this movie yet? I am anxiously awaiting ours to arrive.
  2. I am so sorry for your loss of Olivia. I cannot imagine the pain you must feel. I am sure that she is an angel now and is in a wonderful place without pain, ivs, chemo etc. God Bless You and Take Care.
  3. I got one at Walgreens. It looked fairly decent and was $20. I do not remember the brand however, sorry. I just bought it last week so they still should have them. Good Luck
  4. Just got mine now...3 microphones, 9 CD's Good joke gift for my DS the "performer"
  5. Thanks so much. I have been looking for CV and this was a deal:gdwow:
  6. We call this game a "Yankee Swap" in our neck of the woods
  7. My mail lady is a psycho!! Where we live we have this huge mailbox that is divided up by little locked boxes and she delivers the mail by unlocking the back of the unit and loading in the mail. If you approach the mail boxes she starts yelling "step away from the mail box, it is against federal law to approach this area when your letter carrier is here delivering the mail" and she keeps repeating that mantra over and over. I noticed that in the spring she hadn't been the carrier and I asked where she was and the mail man laughed and said someone backed into her and she is out for awhile. He said "yeah, she is a real whack job isn't she?" Anyways she is back and is as psycho as always. I have new neighbors and the lady said to me "is there something not right with that mail lady?" It is pretty funny. So no she will be getting nothing from me or any of our neighbors I am sure:giggle: PS She also refuses to deliver anything to your door and just leaves a note to pick it up at the post office. She also refused to pick up canned goods when they had a food drive for the needy. There was a flyer that the post office workers would pick up any can goods/non-perishables left in your box....not her apparently!!!
  8. I saw something on tv today about a woman who is a professional wrapper. For a fee she comes to your home and personally wraps all your gifts for you. The packages were beautiful with big fancy bows etc. I wish I could afford her:holiday02 Wrapping is my absolute least favorite thing about Christmas...I hate it. I have no patience to cut the paper and tape it together.......... Oh to be rich and have frivolous services performed for you:p Oh well...back to my cold, harsh reality:holiday10
  9. www.qvc.com they have nice ones and they are discounted if you buy 2
  10. They have everything here...oldies but goodies etc. I think it is the biggest candy store in New England. They do online as well. Good Luck! www.yummies.com PS They also have bubble gum cigarettes too
  11. How do you get Staples to price match? Do you call them or is there a way to do it online? disregard..nevermind. I just called Staples and I got it for $64.06 Thanks for the info
  12. My DS did that when he was about 10 or 11, luckily he didn't find everything but the stuff he "found" got donated to Christmas is For Kids charity. I don't think he will ever snoop again:eek:
  13. According to WBZ radio Wrentham Outlets had over an 1.5+ hour wait just to get into the parking lot. Traffic was backed up on 495 for miles on one direction (I later heard it was a fatal car accident) and backed up quite a bit in the other direction as well. It was like a monsoon here too, torrential rains and winds. No shopping is worth that. I didn't even attempt to go to the mall area in North Attleboro. However Ocean State Job Lot had some great deals as did Walgreens
  14. Here WSNE 93.3 is playing it as is Delilah show:holiday14
  15. We play that at my work Christmas party every year but we call it a Yankee Swap:p The person who has the last number is the best as they can go around and pick anybodys present. We always throw in a gag gift or 2 and every year this really riske lingerie shows up (it has been at the party at least 6 or 7 years now, still with tags and still very raunchy...we all still laugh though
  16. Best Buy on BF is $40 I think, might be early bird special. Check out the listing here on the BF sales. Good Luck
  17. Does anybody know of any deals on music downloads for Ipod shuffles? Can you buy GC's cheap anywhere? I bought one of the shuffle 512 mb from the GD link but I want to be sure to give a GC with it. thanks
  18. My boys got Virgin Mobile prepaid when they first had cell phones. Great prices, great customer service etc. I was very pleased with them. They are on the sprint network and they had free nights and weekends too. You can also save money if you buy them on Ebay.
  19. Well I got a pony once and he was "wrapped" inside a tent I also got a car and it had an enormous bow on the top of it with a gift card that was about 2'X2' OK I admit it I was spoiled:giggle: The youngest and the only girl. Plus the only female grandaughter on either side...I have many many cousins as well, all male. Funny my brothers and I all have only boys as well:p
  20. Thanks for serving...God Bless I too have questions about on line shopping on BF. Do any stores do it? How about Thanksgiving Day Sales (here in Mass stores cannot open on T-day, archaic blue laws) I really would love to knock off some shopping with BF deals on line, if possible due to some health problems plaguing me. If anyone has any experience in the past with online BF I am sure I am not the only one who wants to know.
  21. I've heard a few reviews on the movie and they were all really bad:idea: They said Tim Allen seems bored to death and annoyed in the movie and that "it was painful to watch". But hey kids like movies that we hate as a rule
  22. A few years ago I went to a local department store (Ann & Hope) and I bought my son a Super Nintendo and a few games to go with it etc. The total was over $200. I paid by check and I got out to my car, put my stuff in the trunk and realized she gave me back my check with my receipt. In that case I did go back in to give her the check. I didn't want her to get fired and have that on my conscious. She was very grateful. Although for a fleeting moment I did think about just driving away...glad I didn't though
  23. Does anybody remember the "Go to the head of the class" game? I cannot find it anywhere, maybe it is discontinued now. We played this for hours during rainy days and all fought over who got to be the teacher:p I see it used on Ebay, but I would love to buy this for someone as an Xmas gift
