I heard on the radio that Dunkin Donuts is killing the competition with lower prices. For me it is no big deal as I HATE coffee, the smell, the taste etc. That includes coffee ice cream, coffee milk, coffee syrup too Lane Bryant and Fashion Bug are closing some stores and stopping production on new stores. I still think this is a scary time

The only bargain I found today at Target was the double packs of fix-a-flat for $2.48. They had nothing on clearance..everything was about gone. However I did go over to Wallys and they had HUGE clearance sales...I got 3 shirts for $3.OO each...one mickey zipped hoodie, a nice 2 piece peach colored sweater set and a black/gray dressier sweater. The sheets etc were marked down to $2.00, I got 2 sets and an electric blanket for (queen sized) for $11.00. I got slippers for $2.00 and 2 movies for easter for 5.00. They had sneakers really marked down as well as purses, dishes and some bath gift sets. I asked the sales clerk in sheets and she said they are just clearing out for summer stuff and that in her dept alone she has over 1,000 markdowns. I am not a big WM fan but glad I went today

I bought a new Fuji 8.3 MP digital camera yesteday on QVC and I need to buy an SD or xD memory card for it. What size should I buy and where do I get the best price. I already looked on Ebay but I am so disgusted with their shipping prices I won't buy from them anymore:no:

My concern is if they have discontinued this product..how long will they make those bags for? It looks like a great grill and so simple and quick. Has anybody here tried one before? I keep looking at it on QVC..but once again those bags may be an issue as I don't believe you can use it without them

I also ordered the soap rockettes (love them) and a big bottle of amazing grace 3 in 1 and the camera and some cooks essentials pans (these are the best pans IMHO) credit card is melting from overuse:fluffy:

I just read an article on AOL about how many stores are in serious trouble financially..it is scary. It was Ethan Allen, Rite Aid, Starbucks, Macys, Sharper Image and many more. They also talked about CompUSA and Furniture Warehouse, Levitz etc. With gas going to $4.00/gal very soon I think we are in some serious trouble in this country. I also heard that the post office may stop Saturday deliveries (it would save millions they said). Also the is the worst time in history for foreclosures around here. Where does it go from here and what can we do? Not be a downer...but that article really shocked me. Of course with gas going up that much you know that due to transportation costs food will go even higher, as well UPS, FedEx and anything that is shipped. Do you think it has anything to do that so many jobs in this country have been outsourced out to other countries? I don't know about you guys but I have cut back as much as I can but if gas does go to $4.00 gallon I am sunk. I have a Toyota but it still costs almost $50 to fill now and I do that weekly. What are you guys doing to cut back?

I went to my local Target today..to pay credit card bill:no: and I had to do my perimeter peruse. There was not much there but I did find a Homedics Sound Premium Spa clock radio it was red tagged at $24.98 but it rang up $6.48:yup: It has 6 nature sounds and it even projects the time on the ceiling in large numbers and it even has an indoor, outdoor built in thermometer and remote and it automatically does the time with the atomic time satellite. It is quite a cool little gadget and well worth the money. The price tag shows that the original price was $49.99. I checked it all out and it works fine...wonder if it was a online return?

Did you try www.irs.gov ? Many of these sites let you do your taxes for free. I think I did TaxAct but I know Turbo Tax had a free offer...if you met the requirements. Good Luck

My DS actually got his from the ski resort themselves...he got a really got deal in the rental shop...I guess they sell the old ones when they buy the new equipment. It was completely refurbished and like new. Good Luck

I did really great there.I got myself 3 pair jeans, 2 pair khakis, 4 tops, 2 bras, 3 pair of socks and I got DS 4 pair of jeans and 1 shirt..it came to $93.07:eek: Well it came to $103. but I used my coupon (thanks) and saved 10%. I was very happy because I thought I was down 4 sizes but it looks like its 5!!! I still have a long way to go...but its nice to see progress So as I am paying the cashier tells me be sure to go to our clearance store down the hall. So I lug everything out to the car and go back into the VF clearance store. They had the best prices...I got 3 pair of Lee jeans $5.00 a pair, 2 tops for $3.00 each and they had lots of the nice Lee heavyweight sweatshirts all $4.00 each. If any one here ever goes to a Vanity Fair Outlet IMHO it is well worth the trip and be sure to see if they have a clearance store.
