I would get the A520 at $159. It's worth the extra $10 to upgrade. The A510 had some problems that the A520 did not, plus you are getting a higer resolution.

Go with the Costco one. I didn't get the link from Tiger Direct to work, but they are notorious for not fulfilling warranties. The Sceptre monitor at Costco has gotten some good reviews from games, and Costco is a trustworthy company to buy from.

What size monitor are you looking for? Do you have a DVI video card? Are you going to use it for basic computer (internet, email, word processing) or for games and movies?

Yeah, definitely go somewhere else. The local shop here is awesome, because they treat everyone who walks in the door like they exactly what they are doing.
