  1. TRU doesn't match their own online prices (most stores don't). They also exclude price adjusting on BF. Target is the only store that does it for BF.
  2. No, you don't. According to their official Pm policy on their website, they cannot ask you for an ad.
  3. I was in Target last night and they have the tops of the shelves stacked to the ceiling with certain items. There was an HP all-in-one printer on top of at least 6 aisles, a big roaster crockpot, vacuum cleaners, etc. Not trying too hard to hide it!
  4. They did a few doorbusters last year, but it was the first time. Same stuff, just putting that end time on it turned it into mass chaos.
  5. iPod touch has a $25 GC at radio shack
  6. Us Palm users (and touchpad) get the shaft with apps- but their Facebook one is better than iTunes and android :)
  7. Just spoke with our rep (Springfield, MO) and it will be $10. Here is the information they provided on our local perks: Hello, Bright and early on Friday, Nov. 25, Battlefield Mall will open at midnight for Black Friday, the official start of the holiday shopping season! In addition, Macy’s will also open at midnight. We hope you will consider Battlefield Mall as one-stop shop for all of your Black Friday and holiday story needs. Black Friday at Battlefield Mall will consist of the following: - Live bands - Free gifts for the first 200 shoppers at Guest Services - Live Radio Remotes on property - $100 gift card giveaway on the hour from 1am – 6am - $500 gift card secret Santa giveaway - Living Social Lounge – Coat check, package check, free refreshments - Coke energy drink sampling on mall - All day treats at Guest Services - Complimentary Starbucks coffee from midnight until 5 am
  8. I got my media kit from our mall today- I asked them to verify and explain the above information. I'll let you know when I hear back! My release said free Starbucks from midnight-5, but that may be for media personnel.
  9. It depends on the wording of the $5 one. The buy doll, get free outfit one will attach to the outfit, leaving the doll without a coupon attached. If the $5 one is for the doll only, you should be able to use both.
  10. Mine says the same thing- credit version only, but debit
  11. I get a lot of requests for printer recommendations, and I sometimes recommend a $25 HP because of the cheap cartridges and duration of refills. I cannot believe the number of people that have went without a printer for years assuming they still cost hundreds.
  12. Yup! That's how the majority of their marketing is done- by playing on minds.
  13. You can still pm on BF, but this Price Guarantee is a sham. Trust me, I've sat in on conference calls for days and no one can answer some basic questions, such as distance of store, allotted purchase timeframe, etc. Basically a positive themed program that most won't be able to take advantage of. Many people will buy with the added insurance and never mess with watching for better prices or standing in line for hours to get an adjustment.
  14. They will only take a competitor coupon with a final price (like those in the Walgreens ad), but not one for a $ off amount. If you look at the policy above, it has it listed in both 'accepts' and 'doesn't accept'. They made a big mess of it a while back.
  15. Midnight is the beginning of a new day. Midnight Thursday is the first possible minute of Thanksgiving. Can't believe they made such a silly mistake- and all over the ad!!!!
  16. Any store with half a brain would vie for the 2:00 a.m. slot now. With a few stores opening at midnight and the rest not until 5:00, you need somewhere to kill time- which leaves TRU. Which is where we were last year, with no toys on our list. No restaurants, shops, or bars were open, it was freezing cold outside, and we live an hour from town. Had another store been open, we would have capitalized on their sales, needed or not.
  17. I use these printables every year http://www.etsy.com/listing/81850306/christmas-holiday-organization-and They work really well for me and help break it down step-by-step For the kids, somehow I always luck out with a very similar amount of packages. I try to set the same retail budget for each.
  18. Bloomberg reported earlier that due to the demand, HP will resume manufacturing until October.
  19. My husband is on Net10-$45 a month, unlimited everything
  20. Ours is $299 at Verizon, but thats 5 lines, 4 with data, 4 with a $20 text package, insurance on 4 smartphones, 900 anytime, free nights/weekends, free m2m, 10 friends and family numbers.
  21. The hubs uses net10. Its $25 for 750 mins talk/text, i think texts count as 1/2 minute. If your monthly runs out, you can always buy another prepaid card.
  22. Sometimes burger king offers discounts in their kids meals forSix Flags STL. Maybe somewhere near you does that?
