Yeah and unlike some of the horror stories you hear about price matching....Sears is usually happy to do it. Employees are always NICE about it.

I think they might. I have seen posts sayin a few other stores are opening earlier this year also. I don't shop Target on BF ...I usually price match at Walmart.

I always did a group thing for the boss. Everyone chipped in so much...etc. He got an awesome leather coat one year. And Hockey tickets another.

I have had both good and bad experiences w/ Ebay. Lately tho...most of them have been bad. Bought 4 things off ebay last month. One of them was right. One didn't come and the other 2 were missing items.

Last year they found and got out and played w/ one of their gifts. Luckily this year I have a huge closet that they never go in.

This year we will get there about an hour early. Would love to get there earlier but it's an hour drive to get there. And we have to drop the kids off...and I am hoping to get some online shopping done the night before.

I love the flashing. My parents hated the blink....so we never ever had one as a kid. Loved going to other peoples houses to see their tree.

We don't have any as we live in an apartment. Last year we saw a Homer Simpson that the girls loved!

I think the main problem w/ price matching is you never know what stores will and won't til you get there(yeah you can ask on the phone...but I know from experience that sometimes the person on the other end is wrong and you find out the hard way).

Not so much for me. I go for the sales. According to my family I would buy a turd if it was on sale. If there's a big sale I am there...lol.

I had forgotten all about this until I saw another post asking what if something happened. 3 years ago a woman I worked w/ went shopping on Black Friday. She put some things in layaway that day...including a walk/ride on toy for her baby. Her layaway was to be picked up on the 15th or so of December. She goes to pick it up...pays for it after waiting in yet another long line...and then waits for someone to come get the layaway items out of the back for her. Well to make a long story short...one of the items wasn't there. And of course they didn't have it in stock...and couldn't get it. And all the store did was give her her money back...which she had to wait in line at the service desk for. Anyone have this happen or know someone this happened to? Oh and by the way...that was Kmart and that store no longer does layaway on Black Friday...but I have heard several other stories about them losing items in other layaways also.

I think it depends on the store...because our Walmart always had their doorbusters in the aisles. And things like puters and tvs were in the main ones. First come first serve type of thing. But I went to my cousins where they had everything behind the counters or sealed up or hidden.

Yeah we saw lots of the orange ones last night.

I am going to try and buy this movie this Christmas as it is one of my favs also. Owned it a few years ago and it was lost in a move. No matter how many times I see it I still ...lol.
