The worst year I have ever went to BF was the one when I went w/ my cousin. It was also the year I met the nicest ladies. They were inline behind us and were in a big group. Half were going over to the mall to KB toys. They shared their ads and asked if we needed anything. Also shared their gloves.

Mine want everything...but they are still small..oldest is 5. And since we left all of their toys in IL they don't really have very many so they are counting on us to replace mostr of them.

Yeah it does seem to take longer than most others...or at least last year it did.

We will be putting out milk and cookies for Santa this year.

Yes, and hubbys cousin tried telling me the sales aren't any better than the rest of the year. Well, maybe that's because she has never gone.

I don't think they are. And even if they did undercut them...w/ their pricematching plus 10% who wouldn't go to Sears anyway? I think it must just be a principal thing or the like someone else said that they will lose out on their preblackfriday sales from the people that are going to wait for the lower price.

I am not the greatest either..but if dh did it...they would come out in balls...lol.

I worked for them during Christmas one year and got an extra discount on top of the sale. My mom and I shopped for hours!!!!!!!

Not really waiting on any that the girls have to have...but I am hoping that Toys R Us has their medical kit for $4.99 again like the last 2 years...girls need a new one...and they really aren't worth regular price when you have toddlers.

I hate seeing these sales. Used to be about 20 mins from Kohls now over an hour away.

They are a huge pet peeve. But...the worst thing that ever happened w/ them was one year WalMart opened the door everyone was waiting at and then proceeded to open the rest..so they all went in there and made it in before most of us "waiters". Not happy. They must have gotten more than a few complaints because it never happened again...and now they have the police there to make sure they don't cut.

My oldest dd is going to be 5 next month. She plays not only gameboy, but xbox(not as well) and on the computer.

If you are talking about the regular Xbox...so far NO. Walmart has one for $149 but only w/ one game in their ad. To me that's not a good deal. We got ours 2 years ago and it was $179 w/ 3. Need to replace it because our kids broke it and have been keeping an eye out but so far haven't liked what I am seeing.

Not sure about the rest of Amazon...but I didn't have to at Toys R Us because they had free shipping if you spent...I think it was $45. I also had my trusty GC's from u30 that I used so it cost me like a couple dollars.

Nope you are reading it wrong. They will only adjust the price down...not up. If an item goes lower they will lower it. But if it goes up they are not going to charge you more. Also I might add that not all Walmarts will automatically priceadjust a layaway....so if you put something in now and expect it to automatically go down to that price...it may not. HTH.

We have never had any rules but this year is going to be our first for them. We have been pretty much remiss about things since the girls are so small...and I have spent 2 of the last 3 Christmas either w/ a new born or about to pop. I think I am gonna use your rule about not coming downstairs...now that we have an upstairs and downstairs. Hoping to get some more ideas....so that we can make it more like a tradition.
