We don't have a Walgreens here in town either. Just Rite Aid..but since we are going out of town to shop for BF we will be hitting Walgreen's.

I am not sure ANYTHING could justify that. Hubby is a Howard Stern fan used to listen to him in the mornings,...I on the other hand preferred MJ...who I miss...

They have done these prices the last 2 years. I remember reading about the sales online...lol. I used to love that store...but seems since I had the girls never have "me" time.

It's just like w/ everything else...it's going to vary by store. Also I noticed you said "on black Friday". Did you specify time? Our WalMart would not let you pick up during blitz times.

Don't quote me on this but I think the "full version" is $399 and the "scaled back" one is $299.

I was hoping there would be more responses for this thread. I have been looking for some ideas so we can make our own traditions. My mom always made a punch w/ vanilla ice cream or sherbet w/ lemon lime soda, fudge, and frosted cookies. My ex mom n law used to make coffee w/ chocolate shavings and whip cream, strawberry pretzels dessert, and a cheese ball. So guys give me some recipes that I can always make.

Does anyone else have a Christmas that was just TERRIBLE? Last year was my worst ever...and that's saying something since I spent Christmas in 1999 alone. Last year I had Post Partum Depression. I had my daughter by c-section on the 22nd and came home Christmas Eve night w/ her. I was in pain and depressed Christmas. Then as if that weren't bad enough we went out to eat at a restaurant and the JERK filling the buffet spilled gravy on me. So I am wondering if I am the only one who's had a bad one(or 2 in my case)...or if there are others like me?

We used to have ham when I was little. Then when I married my first husband his family never ate "Christmas Dinner". They just did munchie type food all day because they did Christmas dinner w/ his grandmother a few days before. This year we will be having tamales. Dunno if I can get used to that...but at least gonna go in w/a open view.

See, that is why I asked here. Both stores have items I want equally as bad.

Do a search of this forum and you'll find multiple posts about stores offering online last year. Also if you search last years you will find posts there too. I know for a fact that...Sears, TRU, and Walmart all had at least some of their items online.

I am doing Sears online also...forgot about that one. I did both of these last year. Got my stuff fast w/ in days and while neither had free shipping ...TRU had it if you spent a total amount which I did...and Sears had it in the form of a rebate. So I didn't have to pay for shipping and sure beat having to try and make it to 2 more stores and not getting half of what I wanted.

I don't plan on going anywhere else. I don't DO BB, CC and I price match Target at Walmart. I do TRU online. I shop Kmart on Thanksgiving...so I don't need the other ads.

Ok I am going to WalMart first. After I finish there I have two different stores I want to go to..but am not sure which one I should go to first to avoid missing out on deals at the other. The 2 stores are Walgreen's and Ace. I want the tray table set at ace and the FAR powered screwdriver. At Walgreens I want the Tide, the Adidas, and the prelit tree. I am thinking I better get to Walgreens as they usually sell out of their stuff faster. What do you guys think? .
