As far as the price matching goes...our Walmart has always done this and until recently I didn't realize that not all Walmarts did this. But the one here doesn't do it. So I have to bring the ads. About the layaway part...I guess they are following suit. Kmart did this to me last year. Had to buy everything and take back what I didn't want.

I have been finding this alot lately. Paid less for the costumes than the shipping charges.

If they could only have one thing I have no idea what I would do. All the stuff I have bought or am plannin on buying is tied together in some way...so couldn't just pick one thing.

Nope don't sound silly to me because I know of a few in my area that did in fact close Thanksgiving and did not reopen until 6am(the time the doorbusters started last year). Also checked here in CA and they said they closed at 8pm and did not reopen til "Blitz." This year however they say they are not sure if they will be closing or not. I am just gonna wait and ask again closer to BF. And don't be afraid. It's not really all that bad. Just have a few instances that make it sound bad for all.

Don't do it!!!!!!!!! I bought myself a new winter coat last year(after wearing a handmedown from my mother for 6 years..she had worn it about 5). Well now look where I live. The only chance I will need a winter coat here is if Hedoublehockeysticks freezes over.

Oh that's simple enough. I would buy myself a mattress. When we moved here we brought nothing w/ us. Just a couple suitcases of clothes and a 20in tv. We have had to buy or borrow everything else...and still do not have a bed. Been sleeping on the floor for the last 3 months and it is getting kinda old.

I can't wait to hear some. Prob gonna have to burn mine off the computer since we only have 2 radio stations.

Walmart(at least near me) had tons left last year cuz their sales were not good. So I am bettin they have less this year.

Yeah I have had to in the past. Try not to wake the kids and hubby ...get dressed in the dark...etc. Even one year had to try and not wake my dad who was on the couch and hears every peep...managed to wake him of course. But this year the girls(w/ the exception of the baby possibly) will be at hubby's cousins. Woo hoo.

Well lets do the math...$300/4=$75/hr. Now I don't know alot of people that make that kind of money...and they go to work for those 4 hours anyway. So what's the difference between spending that time at work to make it or standing inline a few hours to save it? And I know you aren't guaranteed you are going to get that item...but my bet's that if you are waiting that long...it's a pretty sure thing.
