don't know what part of NH you are moving to. If it is the Nashua/Salem area - no need for a landline, VOIP and cell should be fine. If you are up north, I would suspect that cell and VOIP will not be adequate during a snow, ice or wind storm, and you'll find great comfort in having a landline.

nope. I don't put a lot of stock in cards... It means more to me if someone calls, or writes a note or letter, rather than a card.... so I try to treat others the way I would like to be treated :)
