Dh has an Xbox one with kinect. We don't use it BUT it won't allow anyone to login unless they know the password. If dh is home and the kinect sees him it automatically it auto logs him in. He does love that lol

I don't really do online much. Amazon for sure gets the most attention from me. But everyday during the season, not just BF. Last year I happened upon khols on bf and got a good deal on boots (still talking about them lol) so I will check them out again. Old navy usually. Belks for the first time since we don't have one around here and they have stuff I want. Online bf shopping is all new to me lol Edited it fix a ton of mistakes. Stupid iPad :/

I also love/hate it. Hubby works on Friday so I would have to pay for a sitter to shop in store (that's 10.00 an hour even if the kids are still asleep!) But I do still miss the old tradition of getting up and going out in the cold, dark night to shop.

The view just said Nordstrom and Costco will not be open on thanksgiving.

Haven't they done tickets before and it was still a mess? There is no safer way really. People go to Walmart in bf expecting craziness and the masses never let them down. The people,that act like fools over a 99.00 tv are going to act that way if they are waiting for a ticket or the actual tv, kwim?

I would accept the fact that your mom is overboard on Christmas and there isn't much you will be able to do to fix that. Accept what she gives and donate it. If your (and his) family won't mind you scaling back then just buy for anyone under 18 (or 21) either offer to draw names OR cut off buying for adults and let them know your plans so it isn't awkward in Christmas if they come with gifts and you don't.

I thought about around the 12th also but for some reason I felt the 7th lol Ill have to look at previous yrs to see when the busiest days were. But I'll stay with the 7th. (Tho I wouldn't be sad if it was October 27th hahahaahahahaha) Eta yeah. When bf fell on the 27 (day earlier than this yr) the 17/18 was busiest days. Sigh. Wishful thinking on my part. Lol

We got really lucky and one of our phone upgrades came up this month. We got dd the iPhone 5c for 33.00. I'm just hoping verizon doesn't complain if it isn't activated til December. I called ahead and asked and the lady said we would be ok but she had never been asked that before lol
