My WG has always had TONS and TONS of webkinz! I'm thinking they will be on sale too, but probably a limit of 2

Our Target last year had a TON of overhead stock way before BF. I mean it was so high, the lights seemed dimmer in the toy isle. I didn't notice it as much at any other stores, but Target definitely stocks up early!

Oh those are so cute, I love penguins! They've also got a bunch of other matching accessories on sale too. Wonder if I can convince DH I need another set of dishes??

Ah good now thw preview is back up. Not much I'm interested in besides the Wii games. I'm hoping WM has the balloon one and I can get it there instead of driving 30 minutes to TRU to find they are sold out at 3pm!

I think last time we got AAA it was $108 or $118 for DH and I and the plus membership, so that sounds like a good deal! We also have towing on our car insurance, but that's like $5 a year so we keep it just incase.

Really dumb idea I used last year, I wore a green shirt and brown pants and taped/glued fake money all over me, even put coins in my hair. I was a money tree :) Dh went dressed normally and when someone asked what he was, he pulled a toy airplane out of his pocket, held it in his hand and said he was an aircraft carrier, lol. Told ya they were dumb! But totally cheap and a big hit!

With last weeks coupon, I used it to buy the lil kinz webkinz. I bought 3 for $21 and used 1 coupon for $5 off! You could buy 6 this week and pay $5.33 a piece. Not too bad to stick away for b-day or christmas gifts!

I didn't realize this place was a chain. I was in NJ and stopped in one. I saw the games and called my SIL who has a leapster for her son. I picked up 4 that he did not already have. GREAT deal!!

I'd go with the DS lite, for the reasons that you can barely find replacement stylus, no carry cases and no car chargers for them. AKA no accessories are for the regular DS, unless you find them second hand or on a off chance at a local game store.

I have a little local teacher/toy store that sells a ton of Playmobil. Around the holidays they have them 15% off a couple times. Not much, but it's the best I've been able to find. I tried my target, but they only had 1 set at 75% off and it's not one my kids wanted, so darn it!

I just bought new tires at Sears a couple months ago. On the back of the forms they give you had a detailed explanation of all the warranties. Including the extended tire one which tells you it's based on tread life. Great story about Sears (who has in the past pissed us off). We were driving on vacation and ran over a sharp thing in the road. Sliced our tire! Put the spare on, called 411 to find a tire place. By the time we found one, it was Sears. They said if we hurried they'd be able to get us set up. We showed up on the donut at 7:30pm. They closed at 8pm! Let me tell you, the paper work took longer than the guy did to change and balance our new tire! The tire guy was awesome!! Kids said he needed to work in Nascar, lol. I never got his name, or else I would have written a great job letter. He saved our trip!

What ages do you think this might be for? I bought one on clearance at Target that I've been holding onto for one of my nieces. The one I had in mind for it is turning 9. She loves crafty things.

Almost all stores are sold out, have been since before Christmas. The charms were being held back due to lead concerns. Right now they are saying there is a very minute amount of lead and so they are working on being able to release them again. But I guess in Cali and Ill they have stricter guidelines for lead. It's just a matter of time before they will start hitting the shelves again. I heard soon, so don't be paying outrageous amounts for them!

FYI the boy scout uniform is changing. I can't remember how soon, but it is within this year I believe. They have not announced the new uniform. Granted the current uniform will still be official and able to wear, but if he is just moving up, you might want to hold off a bit until they announce what the new stuff will be. Or, our scout shop is selling the new zip off pants at a very reduced priced...because they will not be part of the new uniform. So you might be able to get some new stuff for cheap. Check out your scout shop and see.

I stopped in this morning to drop my color off. It'll be ready this afternoon. They have been swamped they said. I wish I had a black to refill I just took my empty one last week to Staples to get the $3 and bought a new one. Ugg! Oh well, I'll have a color one. Does anyone know how long these will stay good for? I have a new color in my printer now and won't need to change it for a couple months. Is the storage life good on it?

My local DQ does not allow printed coupons They say due to fraud. BAH! And the other one near us only allows the coupon on the smallest size...event hough it states on ANY size!
