It doesn't matter how long you wait. If you are the first or second person in line for something that is advertised, you should have the opportunity to buy it. And if they advertise it, they should have it.

Does it really matter how long he was there? They should have given him another laptop that was comparable for the price. This is false advertising.

I just got home from walmart and saw the following doorbusters 30-40 small vacuums tons of cheap dvds 50+ $50 portable dvd players about 20 32" lcd for $500 8 42" plasmas for under a grand (I was tempted) plus many other items that the price was good only 5-11 What do they do with these items? Some of these items they normally don't carry, so do they just keep them until selling out?

I saw this, and thought it was awesome too. But I just bought a real meal oven for $15 at TRU for their 3 day sale, so I don't feel like I did too bad.

just make sure you get someone to bring it to the car, cooled down, before the doors open.

:) My wife got the email, so I didn't need it. Went to TRU today to get the EB Oven, real meal for $14.99. One thing is, you need the coupon. They had no idea what I was talking about, and had to go back home to get it. Also, they had a sign up saying, get a free refill pack $6.99 value with the purchase of any Easybake oven. Great deal overall, I almost picked the oven up alone for over $30 last week for my daughter.

If it's their online price, just order online for pickup. I did that at CC.

42" Lcd 1080p hdtv. Too expensive though, will be waiting till next year. Although, I can get a Westinghouse for $1700 from BB.

I was in TRU this past weekend, and found all kid's shoes off 50% on a rack. They had several different kinds, decided to pick up a pair for my 4 year old. When I check out, it charges full price. I ask about it, the manager says that those pair are not included, they are a special value, because they end in 7. She said they knew about it a couple of days ago, I asked why they were still on the shelves marked 1/2 off. She said she hadn't had time to move them! Needless to say, they didn't honor the price, which is ridiculous.

anybody have any luck on Walmart.com, it keeps showing out of stock, and of course, it is only a bundle. They do have some games available for pre-order, though.

this wasn't too great - $469 17" Magnavox LCD with dvd built in - On the shelves was a 19 inch "non name brand" lcd with dvd and hd built in for $349 So much for finding deals

Would it be worth buying something on the ad, and then getting a refund on Black Friday to make up the difference? I know that all the electronic chains price match and usually beat the price if you find it cheaper within 30 days.

I received a package on my doorstep yesterday from Target from USPS. I asked my wife if she ordered anything from Target, she said no. I then looked at the name, and did not recognize the name, but also noticed the number on the address was mine, but it was the wrong street (one block away). I brought it over to that address that evening, and they were thankful I brought it over, but it said signature confirmation on the box, and obviously we didn't sign for it. Makes you wonder what happens to your orders if you don't receive them.
