WM doesn't sell refurbished merchandise. Maybe a return that the box was opened and taped shut. Said refurbished in print? or in handwritten black marker?

MIL said (from the manager) LAW will be open, but they don't PM special or "one time only" sales from other stores, I have read that somewhere before but don't remember if it was at WM. BF is a one time only sale...But it sounds like every store may do it different so keep checking :)

Me too, town of 8000 people, 45 miles either direction to get to a town over 1500 people...It's great! It is Literally in the middle of a cow pasture, until WM bought the land. Nothing but corn and cows for days, and by the time people in lincoln realize they're not getting what they want and drive the 45 minutes here, it's too late, I've already bought it! :)

It is mainly used for gas pricing today, to keep independently owned stations competitive with corporate gas stations. All it is doing in retail is screwing you and everybody else in wisconsin, and driving people to spend their money in other states. Mom and pop stores can't themselves get a laptop from Compaq, HP. etc... Let alone sell one within $400 of the price WM can and still turn a profit. Write your congressman and governor let him know how you feel :) The DM for our store has seen the ad, about 3 weeks ago at a meeting in Bentonville, he isn't leaking anything though

I have 2 near me but see no reason to go from that ad... Is that the same Juice box TRU has had on clearance for over a year? I thought about the hot wheels radar gun, but will it work on full size vehicles? :) Reminds me of WM's supposed "clearance" items....to me a $120 item is NOT clearanced when it drops to $112..... just as $5 off is NOT a BF sale :/

I see everybody saying stuff is piled to the rafters (toys/games). Well my WM for the last week or so has been getting in more water than I've ever seen at any store....above the aisle with the pop/water the palettes of Sams Choice 24pks of water are stacked 2 palettes deep and 2 palettes high, the aisle is roughly 120 feet long.... So is this for BF or what?

The electronics manager here said IF they have the exact same one on BF, you can bring the receipt back and get the difference (30 days). BUT...She said it will NOT be the same laptop...here's why I think it won't. It took compaq roughly 3 months to make those laptops for Nov. 5th sale for every WM in the US. There is no possible way they can make soooooo many more and have them shipped by the 25th.

Every brand has cheap models, you MUST go to the store and look at them side by side!!!!! This is the only way to buy a tv. Generally you will see a big difference between a $700 plasma/lcd and a $1500 model. You get what you pay for with LCD/Plasma Tv's. The cheap ones may look fine in store, check all the functions! Most stores will have the brightness maxed on cheap ones to make them look as bright as the higher priced models that go brighter. (No, this is not good on a tv, and it will not last near as long).

Got mine...showed up at 5pm as MIL was getting off work so we sat down in layaway, 1st and 2nd in line, next person was 8pm, 10 pm @ voucher time there were 9 people. 12:05 am, they still had 10 vouchers left (20 total), but people from bigger stores were starting to trickle in. from 5pm to 10pm there must have been 20 customers and around 15 employees ask why we were all sitting there.... If it hadn't been for GD I probably wouldn't have known about it. Seems they would do a little more advertising if they're trying to get sales up eh?

Yeah that. This is the one my grandma just got and loves it, I had to set to autoflash, then Kids/pets mode (pretty good pictures no matter what you're shooting).

Resolution is 557x234. My daughters friend has one, I asked her about it and she said it looked great! I would compare it to watching a local tv channel with an antenna. It actually looks REAL close to those kits you see on ebay that turn your 13"tv into a 60"-120" projection for $10. (yeah, I'm one of the suckers :), curiosity got the better of me). IMO, it would be good for ages 4-10, any older than that and they'll complain it doesn't look like mom & dad's tv :)

I'm going to see if MIL can get one set aside, I doubt it but it's worth a shot. The manager here is the friendliest, and has more common sense than any I've met, he said if there is a big enough line whenever (9 pm for example), they'll start ringing them up. (They have 12 as of now and aren't expecting more, but the ad says 15 minimum?) Ours is laid out different than most I've seen, but I'm going to stand as close to the register as possible without blocking traffic. Call your store and ask the manager if they put sale stuff out at 12am. There are a few people that said they don't at their store.

My WM will be putting the laptops out at 12AM, as they have with all "hot" items (elmo is the only one I can remember). I guess I'll be in line...If they have a dual core on BF I can always put it on ebay...

almost all of the craftsman tools are GREAT deals. Can't go wrong with 50% off hand tools that have a lifetime warranty :)

I usually buy something for them. I do have a problem with the ones that are asking for xbox 360 games specifically. If the story says mom and dad are barely putting food on the table and paying the bills, hey, maybe it's time to sell the $400 video game system and take care of your family!

LOL! Why would anybody do ANYTHING a mall security person told them to do? That's too funny that anybody would even think about getting out of line for anything besides a cop, even then there should be a HUGE argument. Tell them just give me my loitering ticket and be gone with you!

I was gonna say Vsmile when I read the title. It was great for our daughter, kept her entertained and educated! for hours at a time.
