It's funny I am the same way..worked full time since I was a teenager..put my husband through school twice and now am a stay at home mom. Why do we feel the need to explain that we did work once? I do the same thing!! It is just as much work, much better benefits, less pay and totally something to be proud of!!

way too early for me too..i need to get my little girl in kindergarten and her birthday party out of the way (which takes about as much planning as black friday!) she has a mid september birthday and after that I am ready to go!!

i believe that this is what they are supposed to be..one store had them for 30% (as stated in ad) but the other store that i went to had the 50% off signs up...i went before the easter started ringing correctly so they manually changed it so I am not sure how they are actually ringing up now.

at the first target i went to today they had a ton of the easter type dresses 50% off!! the black with white polka dots, pink with flowers, a few dressier ones

went today and picked up 6 color wonder sprayer refills (got the princess sprayer when it went to $5 a while back) lots of colored pencils a pirates set, the soft sticks pack and 2 princess color explosions

i don't doubt it...until recently i was a server..it is a very busy place and I have seen on a regular basis servers bussing tables serving food and handling money and then plucking a lemon out with their fingers for someones iced tea

sometimes the dollar tree has them..but you never know sometimes they don't.

got TONS of stuff today 90% off!! my husband is going to kill me!! i had planned to stay at home and clear some stuff out of the house instead I have a van full of more!! spent around $30 though and got $300 worth of stuff what are ya going to do ya know!! Got 36 pez dispensers for my little girls bday party for a total of $3.24. lots of treat bags, candys for cupcakes, a roll of wrapping paper, candy necklace kits, basket making kits, card kits, tons more but the best was the sock monkey pjs size 6 for $1.49!!! Didn't ring up but she changed it because it says be my valentine!! great day!! now to find a hiding place!!

i am in indiana and i have called the labor board (i was pregnant and not getting a break for 8-10 hours) and they said that unless it is a minor that there is nothing they can do!! no laws to protect adults at all

today i found 7 ornament holding plastic tubs for 2.xx great price for plastic tubs does not have to be for ornaments it just has the cardboard seperaters...and a wrapping paper/ribbon/bow storage thing for 4.xx

got a pair of inline skates today for 3.74 boys but zoe won't care, puffs with vicks 3.40 then had a buy to get one free coupon, bounty paper towels still only 30% but with a $1 target and .25 mf coupon

that is exactly why...a lot of schools are allowing kids that age to use a calculator all the time..who needs to know how to add, subtract or divide anymore?

i was forced by my grandma to go to walmart today to get catfood...i found 5 lps and my little pony easy bake oven refills for $1 each..pretty exciting for me..i haven't been to target in a week..i am having withdrawl!!

found a .10 rack at kroger a couple of days ago..found 2 disposable but super nice (for disposable that is) tablecloths also lots of vegetarian and organic stuff with the orange clearance tags..i don't usually go to this kroger but it seems like when I take my grandma there is always a lot of that stuff marked down..guess it doesn't sell well in that area..may have to visit more often
