I think the problem might be with the gift card. I ran into this problem at Best Buy trying to return the xBox with a gift card. At first they insisted I had to return it through the mail. We said that was contrary to their ad that everything could be returned in store. We had previously called to try to cancel, they said to return it in store and they gave us a case number in case we ran into trouble in the store. The store couldn't figure out how to return the gift card. After 15 mins, they figured it out, but they couldn't figure out how to return the shipping, as we paid extra for expedited. Then it was coming up a dollar something short, we said forget it, keep the dollar, we just want to be done with it.

I have the cookie cutters and it has turned out well for me each time. You HAVE to use the cookie recipe included or use a cookie recipe that does not rise, or else the indentations will disappear when it bakes. Boba Fett's top of the helmet gets messed up a lot though. The stromtroopers always come out well (easy, round shape.) Same with Darth Vader. I think for the pancakes, you have to use less batter - that way it cooks through before you flip so that you don't lose a wing or arm.

At 100 bucks, I couldn't lose! Kindle app works! As an e-reader alone, no I would NOT recommend it. Get a kindle or nook as the e-ink is a much better format. But we do use it as an occasional e-reader (eye strain is a problem, however on the flip side if you are reading a book that comes with color pictures it shows up much better), use it to surf the web, etc. It's a toy. It is not powerful. There aren't a lot of apps. for the price, it's a good little tablet, but don't expect anything new to come from it. I think there have been a few updates though to webOS.

From our experience, the borrowing only works on the primary Prime account holder - so if you are one of the "other" account holders on someone else's prime account, it will not work.

It's hard to find deals on lenses. You can try to find them used, otherwise the price doesn't fluctuate that much. I was asleep! I've given up on Best Buy online for BF after last year - I'm not staying up til 3am Pacific Time to hope I get on a BB deal.

Education discount does not apply on iPods, iPhones or iPads. You can get a discount on computers. For a new iMac I think I can get about 100 bucks off. MonsterMom, actually I think the deals on a iMac are better at Best Buy on bf than the ed discount.
