It's always been like this for Apple - never expect a great deal from them.
-
I'm just looking at random search terms and they're still showing the "Black Friday Preview" pricing above the current price. EXAMPLE: Croft & Barrow® Cozy Cardigan - Women's$9.99Black Friday Preview PricingSale $17.99 Original $36.00
-
That means it'll go live 2 mins after you fall asleep
-
I'm getting tired too.
-
Ahh, one of those times being on Pacific Time is a benefit.
-
They've always been CST for years.

All your Best Buy discussion here please: http://forums.gottadeal.com/topic/238056-bestbuycom-black-friday-sale-discussion-thread/ Closing thread.

They used to kick all your stuff out of your cart and make you re-load it.

Here is last year's thread. http://forums.gottadeal.com/topic/204984-applecom-black-friday-sale/?hl=%2Bapple+%2Bstore+%2Bblack+%2Bfriday Not a single comment once the sale started, lol.

Kohls has a fitbit for 99, with a $25 rebate, and you'll get $15 in Kohls Cash. I'm unsure if the 15 or 20% off will work. (I'm guessing no, but you won't know until you try to buy it.)
-
Probably the fitbit.
-
Sony is probably the least popular DSLR body, so the deals will be limited on any lenses. You should check B&H Photo to see if they'll run a BF special. I think the Sony store runs BF sales.
-
I don't think there are good ones out there for under $50. All three items have very limited reviews and I don't think many people have either heard of or purchased these items - they may be only released for the holidays to get people to buy them instead of a fitbit, which for the price, actually works.
-
It has always been like that.
-
Check each morning to see what deals are going up that day, and at what times so you know when to stalk your computer. They usually release a calendar too with times/dates for some items.
-
So that means you won't be able to match Lightning deals, because there's almost no way some of those items will linger in stock long enough for a CSR to check.
-
You're following them on FB, right? The free codes don't pop up everyday but it'll always notify you if there's a free code search going on. They did one for the 12 days of Christmas last year I think.

I get the feeling, since WM never applies a policy equally across all stores, is it'll be a huge YMMV. The problem is it depends on how they will verify. Usually when I PM at Best Buy or Staples, they will look on the website and check the price. If you cannot currently purchase it at that price, they will not PM. Also most stores won't PM if it's not in stock. But if you show up to WM with a print out of the website, would they even bother taking the time to check? That's the question.
-
I do it at Best Buy all the time if it's something I don't want to wait for, and it's relatively painless there. Staples too. Just takes a little time.

It's usually a $99 minimum for free shipping. It was the case last year: http://www.blackfridayarchive.com/ad.php?store=Macys&year=2013&page=2 And it says so on page 2 of the ad. You can return in store.

Target to start their Black Friday sale on Thanksgiving Day!

A lot of people try to buy online. Sometimes it runs out, sometimes it will be back ordered and you may not receive it in time for Christmas, so people would rather have the item in hand and not worry about it if they absolutely had to have it. But yes, I'd rather order online and not fight a single crowd. -
sadly Nike FuelBand i believe is being discontinued. I used the Nike+ ipod app for ages, but they've changed it in the iPhone 6, which is disappointing. I run on treadmills a lot, and I don't want to hold my phone while I run inside. Unfortunately I can no longer sync my sensor to my phone, so holding a phone is necessary (or wearing it on an armband, which is uncomfortable.)
-
In the ad, it explicitly states what is in-store only. The beats are not coming up under the "in store only" sections, so in theory, it SHOULD be online. I really don't care about the calorie burn though - I use Nike solely to keep track of all my runs, and looking at history and times.
-
The only item that semi intrigues me is the fitbit at 99.99, 25 MIR, and you get $15 in kohl's cash. I'm not holding my breath for the 15% to work on it. I need something new to help me track my runs, but unfortunately, it doesn't talk to my Nike app, so I'll have to think about it.
