One year I went, it was so packed you could hardly move. I got a bunch of those fleece pull overs for like $5.00 a piece and I got my daught a new coat for $6.00 with some winter pants for $2.00. Don't know how I did it, but I did. That's the only year I went on BF.

Alot of people do that! DH got me hooked on and Michigan. We live in a small town where 90% of football fans are for ohio. What are they thinking? Everyone knows Michigan Wolverines are a better team!!

Thanks everyone. My sister bought one two years ago and Loved it, but one of her kids dropped it while moving in to their new house and now it doesn't work to well.

Does anyone know where to buy a Turn Dial Microwave? My sister and her husband want one cause they don't like the punch button ones. Has anyone seen them on sale in any BF ads? TIA

I think you should sit down and talk to your husband. Maybe there is a reason why the available money was dropped since he does all the finances. I take care of everything, all bills, all accounts, all planning. All my DH does is put his paycheck in the bank. Maybe there are unexpected bills that came up like a hospital bill, home repair bill, etc. Sometimes it happens, exp: We had money set back for all our bills and BF shopping, however we ended up having to take about $225 out of BF Shopping money to pay to have our furnace fixed.

I know at the local Target in my area does not do any ad matching if the item was already on sale. So if you buy something for 15.99 marked down from 19.99 you can not go in and get it for 9.99 on BF. Not sure if they are all like that cause the ours just started that policy according to the manager I talked to.

I never really thought of it that way. But it makes alot of sense. I know I would probably be one of those people who would not want to leave empty handed! I would probably go with the next best deal. But still either way you look at it, all these companys are marking their money back one way or another on BF.

What about a new bike, lazer tag set, portable CD player with several CDs, movies, a TV, a dvd player with dvd's, the new moon shoes. If I think of anything else I will let you know.

I personally don't think they lose any money. I am sure they have contracts to buy the stuff dirt cheap for BF so they can resell it to us cheaper than normal but still make a profit. I don't believe any company would ever sell products/services for so little that they can't make a profit, that would be stupid. Besides like someone else said prices are already raised probably between 70-100% over what they paid so even if they offer 50% off they would still be making a 50% profit.

There is also a Thomas the Train Aquadoodle at Toys R Us. I comes with this roller that makes tracks and then a toy train that will follow the tracks! But it's like $40.00. For those PMing on these be careful because at the walmarts around here if it only says Aquadoodle you can only get the regular one, not the princess one. So check with your area store.

My son got the V-smile last year for christmas and we are happy with it for the money we spent. I personally think the leapster's picture quality is much better than v-smile (I don't know about the v-smile pocket though). In all honesty if you want to get them the same thing I would go with the Leapster L-Max, it's 79.99 at target. Yes more money but they can also use it to learn how to write letters and everything they write will show up on a tv. It's like two in one-Portable, but can be hooked up at home to a tv.

What kinds of games does it come with? Have you had any problems with your kids fighting over what to watch? My kids like the same things now, but in a few years who knows!!

I think with gas prices dropping, it may bring more people out. Some will think well instead of spending $60 to fill my tank it will only take $30-40 so that extra christmas money. Plus everyone loves a good deal!

Are they hard to find? We just got a van and want to get one but I noticed on the Ads only Walmart has one on sale on BF. Does anyone know if Emerson is a good company for DVD Players? or Where else there will be Dual Screen DVD Players? TIA

I have heard alot of bad things about the Nano. There was an article about it on MSN about two weeks ago. I would prefer to have the Ipod Mini.

am I missing something or are all the ads just for IPod Nano. I want a regular Ipod and would like to buy it on BF. Did anyone else notice this and does anyone know where there will be a regular Ipod on sale? TIA
