  1. You sign up when it is time, get another members information, then send them a Secret Santa Gift. After all gifts have been received the names are revealed. That's the basics but it is always a fun event. :)
  2. Can't wait to sign up!
  3. Yikes we are going for electronics in a big way this year. 55" Samsung and a 32" Samsung TV and also keeping our eyes peeled for a dishwasher. Other than that I'm scouting for bikes/scooters for my DH's Santa Cop program. Ohhhh and since I gave DH an iPad2 for his birthday this week I will be looking for accessories for his stocking.
  4. Thanks Brad!
  5. At my local Home Depot they had four models clearanced last week. Averaged $40-70 off. One was a regular bowl and the other three had different tile surrounds. We are waiting for them to drop a little more before we jump on it. Happy hunting!
  6. Thank you I would appreciate it! I don't need them until the second week of December so I have a little time.
  7. Most inexpensive route possible? The bikes/scooters can be for any age between 5 and 15. I picked up two Barbie scooters for $14 each for 3-5 year olds earlier. Most bikes I'm seeing are in the $50-60 range on the low end. If possible I would like to keep it closer to the $30 range.
  8. The local place does not carry the Yumi doll. Good luck in your search!
  9. I am looking to purchase 20 kids bikes or scooters for my DH's departments Santa Cop program. Any clue where to start to get the most bang for my buck?
  10. There is a shop one town over listed. I will check next weekend for you.
  11. I vote for the last week of August. :0)~
  12. You can mix and match a pack of K Cups at http://www.bigcatcoffees.com/. That way you won't have 18 of a flavor you don't like. I got my permanant KCup from Bed Bath and Beyond for around $8 after coupon. Have fun with it!
  13. Voted and currently in the lead!
  14. My youngest niece loved the bedroom "makeover" that I gave her. It consisted of a new comforter set, fluffy throw rug, decorative pillow, and inexpensive funky bedside lamp. I think all together I spent about $100 and it was one of the best received gifts!
  15. Great tips, Paula! Seems like some should have been common sense though!
  16. Hmmm....what about a calendar to count down until their return? Good luck!
  17. How about an iTunes giftcard and I like the razor/hygiene idea too.
  18. My DH's first deployment I kept the tree up until he came home on R&R. That was in March.
