The laptop is an hp 3 gig ram 160 gig hard drive intel pentium dual core processor. It's 349.99 after 250 in savings. If you notice at the top of adobe acrobat reader where the pdf file opened up in you should have a way to magnify the page to see it closer. It's still very hard to read. But that is what I could make out of it. I hope that's what it states for part of the specs. I'd like to know when this store opens though. The ad states nothing about the time it opens. Unless I could not see that either. I wear glasses for reading so my eyes are pretty bad. :)

I think we picked up about 10 packs last year. With everything taking mostly AA and the price they have, it's a smart thing to do. I will be doing the same this year also. I was in 2 different Menards today. I noticed lots of stuff they regularly have on BF. Pizza ovens I believe are back. I need a new one. We use it as a toaster and everything.

It's definitely good to wait in a nice warm building! I was there the year before last. There were 3 of us there, and we found the large items line, was second in line for them, and after chatting with a few others in line, my oldest daughter and I walked around and found most of the other items we wanted. And to be nice, we looked for the under cabinet dvd player for another customer and brought it back to her. I hope their ad is really good this year. I remember one year standing out in -11 degree temps. That is not fun!

Ours here is always closed. If they are open this year that would be a shock.

Wow some of you have really long drives! I feel lucky now. Menards = 4 miles Walmart = 4 1/2 miles Target = 6 miles Best Buy = 9 miles A new one was just built by us. Meijer = 9 miles So it all depends on where I decide to go. That depends on who has what I need and the best deals.

For me it's as soon as the ads allow. I do start saving up as soon as I can so I have some money to shop with. Then Thanksgiving we all sit around the table and set our plan.

I wish I'd get the day off totally. Unfortunately I have to work later in the day or I lose my holiday pay.

For me, the weekends are open. But, actually Friday night or weekend evenings would be good.

I also purchased a digital SLR camera. Nikon D40. I also picked up an extra lense on ebay for around 300 off the regular store price. ( that was pure luck ) The extra lense is one that's made for sporting events. No matter what, nothing blurs. I even caught a hummingbird flying by my flowers and the wings on it look like it was standing still. But, this will be a purchase only if you are willing to spend. For me it's good. I do a lot of photography. I also agree with epgpjp- when you use the view finder your pictures won't be as blurry. Using the screen when you are shooting tends to make the camera a bit shaky. And even the best shots- fast or slow camera can become a huge blur. Now if you are only needing the camera for family things and events, I would go with something simple. Like a smaller digital camera. Right now at BB's website they have a nice camera. Canon power shot and it's on sale for 134.99 It's a little bigger but not a bad camera. Actually BB has all sorts of digi camera's on sale. I'd go look around and see. Maybe you can find something in your price range. Hope this helps!

All I can say is I'm normally finished up by the very latest 10 am. Time going out varies depending on if there are good enough buys to get there the night before. This year I will be going solo so it's going to be harder to decide where to go depending on what we need.

I was shocked.. for the first time in years I had a WM ad in my paper. Guess it helped calling the paper and telling them this is the time of year I have it delivered here. (and one of the reasons I get the paper) Told them to make sure the ads were in it or I'm cancelling my subscription. Maybe that did it for me. Good luck to ya all on getting what you want.

This will give me a few bucks back to shop with for someone else on my list as I found some things from their ad already on the shelf today. Yay! I may be able to sleep in before going to work now. :)

I went to the store in our area today and figured since I have to work on Friday.. I wanted to pick up a few things if they have them out. And they did. I was pretty happy about that. And now knowing about the adjustment. I'm even happier!
