I just spoke to a friend of mine that's in management at the wm here by me. Normally our store isn't open 24 hours. They have special hours this year at ours, they will open on Thanksgiving and remain open until midnight Friday night. I needed to find out cuz I was wondering if I was going to have to drive to another one that was open 24 hours. So I agree with BigJim, check with your local WM.

That would be an awesome doorbuster. Just to surf the web on. I personally don't care for them. But for those of you that would like one, I can hope for you!

You can try a couple of places.. shoepalace.com has cons starting at 29.99.. free ship doesn't start until you reach 49.95 (I think it said.) Or Zappos.com their cons start at 41.95 but they have free ship both ways all the time. I hope one of these helps. I didn't look in either of their clearances so you may find more there.

Wow thanks for such a quick response! :) I may have to order 2 of them. I remember when the pen itself was 80+. Do you think it's too young for a 13 and 15 yr old? I read it says 8 and up, I just want to make sure my kids don't look at me like, "Mom were not babies!"

When you order the ultimate homework pack, (may sound dumb) but you have to order the pen also right? Just checking to make sure before I place the order for my kids.

We have spent way more then we wanted to this year. Thanks to this site, we were able to get things on everyones lists at decent discounts. So I would say it would have been substantially more without being on this site. But, then again we probably would not have gotten a lot of the items we did had it not been for all the posts with the discounts.

My husband and I were at our local wm. It was once again horrid. I like a good deal but getting that up close and personal with total strangers is not my idea of getting aquainted. Even with them passing out tickets was a mess. People from the back of the line walked up ahead of us to grab tickets. The officers they had out there even said, if they come up to go in ahead, there's not much they can do about it. I think wm needs to step it up a bit. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the families. Such a senseless shame! Even with police security, they should tell people that walk up for tickets, stay in line or you don't get one, and also from that point, let them in 10 at a time (or so) and make sure those have their carts and move away before letting the next 10 or so in. One can only dream they will straighten up.

We are in Indiana and no WM paper here either. We thought our ad pack was messed up so we had them deliver another whole paper. Nothing either. Someone told me our whole city was skipped with their ad. We are just glad we have GD to let us see it. Thanks to all of you that work on this site for all your hard work! It is well appreciated. :)

oh it would be very awesome if most of the deals I want to get are online too. This would free up my time for another store that I want to go to also. For those having trouble with the ad link working. Next time you get it to come up, save it to your desktop. You can always delete it when you don't need it anymore. This way you don't have to keep using the link.

Ok first.. Thanks Brad! Love the Avi! I'm unsure about the rest of you, but I find it really really odd that our WM has those storage pods outside that they used to use for layaways. My guess is that all those tv's, dvd players, blu ray players etc are going to be beyond plentiful. At least I'm hoping. There are like 20 to 30 of them outside in the lawn and garden center. I've only seen those there when they had layaways. Anyone else seeing this at their WM? This will be the first time I will be going back to WM in years. The last time we went there, we almost got trampled. I was hoping for it to be good and in a way hoping not. But, I will be there. Gotta round up the help now!

I guess I'm pretty lucky. Our Menards has some pretty calm people shopping there. I've never been pushed, shoved, or anything there. Hopefully it will come out soon. I too am waiting on it.

There is a huge ad along with the special 4 hour sale. It will go on from Friday until the following Wednesday. The ads normally overlap each other. I'm unsure when the next one comes out. But this is the time of year there will be more ads running back to back.
