The only thing I'm excited about this year is Midnight Madness at my outlet mall.

We love MP8, I'm 46 my and I have 2 DDs 16 and 13. We love playing it together. They are getting Wario Moves for Christmas. We rented it and it is a fun and hysterically funny game! They also want Big Brain Academy. I'm thinking that I saw that someone would have that one on sale on BF. Check out the Target Offline thread for when Target clearances out their Wii games. Also, I'd suggest checking how many players the game has before you buy it. We all 3 play together, so we try and get games that support at least 2 players. I mean, how much fun is it to play by yourself?

My outlet didn't have coupons for midnight madness - in fact the coupons they had listed on the site specifically said not valid during on 11/23. There is a flyer that shows what the stores are offering - no coupons are needed.

You have to check the premium outlet website for your city for the stores that will be open. Not all of them are. Each outlet by now should have up their flyer on line with each store's special. Their shipping rates are insanely high.

Target doesn't do doorbusters. They have a 2 day sale - everything in their flyer is on sale Friday and Saturday.

For the past few years, I've always done my TRU shopping on Thanksgiving Day online. You just have to watch out for shipping charges. One year I wanted the drum set, but the shipping was outrageous. If there is a little icon next to the item in the ad, that generally means you can order the same item on line. If I remember correctly, some of the TRU BF deals actually were available in store on Wednesday. I'm seriously thinking about that Zune, my kids both want a video Ipod, but the Zune is actually affordable.

I found their CDs last year at Target and at FYE.

I'd email his math teacher. My kid came home with the same story. Turned out they suggested they get a calculator for use at home. They had plenty in the classroom to use during school hours. I got one off of Ebay - got in less than one week for less than $50.00.

Also with Virgin Mobile, you can select "auto top up" with a credit card or checking account. If you do that, you reduce your top up from $20 every 90 days to $15.00 every 90 days. I have a DD16, DD13 and myself who have a Virgin Mobile phone and we love them! Always great that I can add a top up card in their stocking too or b-days. That being said, it's a great way to teach your kids about being responsible for tracking their money left on their phone. In 3 years, my kids have never run out of minutes. One press of a button and your balance comes right to you!

If you are just trying to PM dvds or CDs the person working the register will do that for you - no need to go to customer service. Just have the ad and you'll be all set.

Best Buy does price match. I do it there all the time with Target and Circuit City ads. Just take the ad with you. BUT if you buy something at bestbuy.com and select instore pickup they will NOT pricematch competitors. Stupid - huh?

Target got rid of the BF only sale a few years ago and look how well that has worked for them. They now offer a 2 day sale without any doorbusters and people still line up to get in the store on BF.

I don't really care either. I shopped WM last year, but that was because I really wanted the computer and because they were open 24 hrs. I'll gladly stay away from them this year.
