  1. don't forget the P&G deal this week - buy $25 worth of select P&G products and get back $10 ECBs. I'm getting toilet paper - we always need tp at our house! and with the coupon from taking the flu shot quiz .. even sweeter deal!
  2. take the flu quiz and get a $5 off $25 in store purchase - mine expires in 2 weeks http://www.cvs.com/flu/?WT.mc_id=EM_FLU_092409_5off25
  3. the worst thing about the people who wait in the car and try and line jump is that they normally rub it in your face that they didn't spend the night and that they are jumping in line .. that's what ticks me off!
  4. but this item qualifies for the price guarantee since it's a preorder. If they lower the price before the shipping date - they are suppose to give you the credit.
  5. so there are 2 Snow White blu Ray dvds .. one is 24.99 and one is 25.99 - I couldn't tell the difference. But if you order the 25.99 one - you get free shipping - even using the promo code above .. so got it shipped (without Amazon Prime) for 15.99! thank you - DD18 asked for this for Christmas!
  6. yes - Disney has started packaging all their Blu Ray DVDs with the standard DVD which is a great idea since I have yet to see a portable blu ray dvd player!
  7. The Yankee Candle outlet in Smithfield, NC does this - but they only let in 10 people at a time.
  8. they had body sprays and colognes - I think they were $2 or $3. but if you are looking for stuff that they are selling in the stores now - you really won't find that there. Everything was a discontinued fragrance or it was seasonal (for Christmas).
  9. not too bad. It's spread out and extremely organized.
  10. I heard on the news - it won't just be TRU Nintendo has cut the price so everyone should offer it now for $199
  11. I went this morning. Here is a sampling of what is there gift bag and gift boxes 25 cents home fragrance oils - 50 cents pure essential oils - 50 cents fragrance oil burners $1 makeup bags & cases $1 all makeup $2 body butters, scrubs, shower gels, hand lotions $2 or $3 gift boxes (various scents) $4 large gift boxes (mostly cranberry) $7 Alot of the stuff is seasonal - but perfect timing as the holidays are upon us! It is mostly discontinued merchandise and seasonal frangrances - cranberry, vanilla spice, amber .. etc. BUT you will see these same fragrances in the Body Shop stores in the next month or so with different packaging so great time to do your holiday gift buying! When I checked out they told me everything must go by Sunday. They were quickly replenishing things as people were buying. It was extremely well organized. I'm not sure where you are - but it is a few miles north of Triangle Town Center on Capital Blvd in Raleigh, NC. some of the things have gotten put out on the sale floor by accident - so know your Body Shop products!
  12. my stepdad has one and his comment was it all depends on what you are using it for. If you are going to be making beef jerky, then you need a different model than if you are drying fruit. If you are making jerky, you'll want a larger model than if you are just drying small amounts of fruit or herbs. things to look for - can you set the temperature? is the fan on the bottom or on the side (the fan on the side gives a more even drying method as opposed to having the fan on the bottom which will sometimes dry out the bottom before the top is finished - or you have to rotate the trays). his is so old, he couldn't even tell me what kind he had - so I can't help you out there!
  13. I think this is what you are looking for http://www.amazon.com/MMF-Industries-2645BLA-5-Compartment-Organizers/dp/B00006ICFM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1253732714&sr=8-2-fkmr0
  14. We have HH Gregg opening up in the closed CC location in Cary, NC. That makes 3 within a 10 mile radius.
  15. I am so wishing we had a Meijers here.

  17. being a single mom, I have to stretch my dollars as far as I can. If I can save some money on BF, then I will!

  19. If you have a Wolf/Ritz camera by you - they do 6 cent digital size prints on Tues and Wed. But if you don't have one by you, you can have them mailed - but I don't know how much they charge for shipping. They are smaller than 4x6 though. You can probably find some free print coupons in the online forum under the photo codes thread. I know CVS will give you 50 free prints for starting an online album and linking your CVS card.
  20. Has anyone tried Beatles Rock Band yet?
  21. if the coupon says "cannot combine with another offer" they might tell you no. I know Victoria's Secret is like that and they are owned by the same company. It will never let me combine my $10 off coupon with something that is on sale even.
  22. no clearance at the CVS yesterday at all .. all packed up. But Suave is spend $6 on either shampoo, hair or body washes and get $2 ECB. They are on sale this week for $2 each. Some of the bottles are special sizes which are marked "get 50% more free" and put that with the buy 2 get 1 free coupon from the recent coupons and you will end up spending $4 and get $2 in ECB .. not a bad deal! Paper says limit one, but I believe that is not correct - as it didn't show max deal reached on my receipt.
  23. you know it really just depends on what you are shopping for. I have always shopped online - especially with Best Buy & Circuit city for the cheapo DVDs and CDs .. and have had tons of success. Less I have to compete for on the day, the happier I am. But I don't generally go for big ticket stuff like TVs or computers.
  24. I'm tempted to get myself the 32G one .. it's not much more -$209. http://store.apple.com/us/product/FB376LL/A?mco=Nzk3MTQzMA
  25. why don't you just buy the older games from the older systems on the Wii shopping channel? That way the controllers and all will be the same and they are releasing new games all the time. And there are no discs to touch, they are loaded on your Wii. The games your purchase show up on your welcome screen. You just click on the game you want to play. If you really still want to buy him an older set - check out GameStop or one of the game resellers in your area - you'll be surprised how cheap they are. Or put a plea out on FreeCycle - you might get lucky!
