The Greenbriar Mall in Chesapeake, VA. had their clearance an additional 70% off today. I got some good deals for DD for Christmas. You may want to check out the one near you.

We have gotten the Fisher Price FP 3 player for our 3 year old she loves stories and songs as well. Have you seen the new learn to play the piano from fisher price? It might be worth looking into. I am not sure of the ages though.

My FIL has his own business and plenty of storage space so we hide it there. I need to go look and see what I have because I used quite a bit for birthdays this year. I am hoping to have more that I remember. I'll make the list and continue on from there.

I know many put away gifts throughout the year, and many of us are already shopping for the holidays. I was wondering what are you the most excited to give and to who? I am excited about the FP3 player from Fisher Price. I know it something my three year old will love. I am also excited about putting together the Wallet idea for DS and my FIL posted in another thread.

I would like to get a nice manicure set. Simple I know but I could really use one in a nice case so I do not lose the pieces.

All the years my older kids have been growing up we woke early (5AM) and went to my grandmothers house. She my mom ( when in the states) and me would cook breakfast for the whole family. If everyone came about 30 people. Grandma is no longer here and mom is in Bolivia. So no one is getting together this year. The kids want to sleep in some and have a lite breakfast. I guess it is time for a change.

I have seen them at KB here for 79.99 but our Kohls does not have them yet.

I am going through shopping withdrawl. Now that I am working I just don't have time. UGH!! At least I have off Black Friday.

Last year KB had Fisher Price toys buy one get one free on BF. I hope they do it again too! DD 3 would be easily done if they do.

I do 4 DS 2 DD, and anyone who is visiting over the holidays. Last year DH's stepbrother was here with the in-laws. He is 27, but he really enjoyed the stocking as much as the gifts.

Some of the prices at Amzon.com on the toys seems really high to me. I was looking at the polly pockets and wondering if it was a pricing error of if they think I am crazy. I usually try to price match TRU somewhere else.

I went to TRU today and they had 20% off coupons for all red ticket clearance mechandise. I don;t know if that is every store or not. I got some of those black velvet colr poster 10x13 for .78 and a puppy surprise for $5.48 I am not sure if they are for Christmas or for birthday parties.

Lots of choice on gift card sites. A child might like legos.com, a race fan Nascar.com I even found one for scuba diving.

How about some kind of driver service once a month to take her where she wants to go. My aunt has actually done this for people. She drives them to the grocery store, the doctor, Wal-mart or wherever. She is paid by the hour. I also like the blanket idea, and I think there are places that will even put a family photo onto the blanket.

If you know some plants she wants you could also arrange for her to get them from a local nursery. My MIL also loves fixing up her yard so we have given her many plants.

When my youngest son was 7 he liked an action figure called CORPS. They are small, and very moveable. I know Walmart has carried them and they are inexpensive. Skateboard and ramp were fun at that age too. Would he like a digital camera?

I went today and bought the FP digital camera and the the FP3 player coutesy of grandparents. I did not find the cases yet but I will.
