Wow! That was a great deal!!

Same here, I was floored when my mailer actually had a 20% off code. I spend a lot of money there and that's the best they can do? Since it's been posted here that the clerks have the authority to give a discount when THEY want to, why just leave it up to them. The clerk yesterday must realize that without customers, they don't have a job in the first place. If the companies would just lower the prices in the first place there wouldn't be any games to play to get discounts and such.

For places to stay try www.vrbo.com and rent a house with it's own pool. Prices are really reasonable and you don't have to share the pool with the big hairy guy in his speedo!

Would someone have taken my flyer? I doubt it. If I would have used it online instead what would have been the difference? The 15% off cards in the stores are misleading, they give you a scratchoff knowing that they ALL say 15%. I believe that is fraud.

We now have plenty of poptarts. I'm getting the packages also that have the free camera offer on them.

My store let me use it today, saved $96! I told the clerks the code and told them how the flyer doesn't say to bring it with you and it doesn't have a code to scan. It never hurts to ask.

I wonder if I can use that in the store?

You should have been looking in the fall! They were going for under $50 at Wal-mart on clearance. Can you wait a few months??? JK

Here's my rant. This is the deal, http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=67459a 70 piece kitchen starter set for $13.XX. Rebate for $20. Great deal!! I got all the pieces, kept what I wanted and have been passing the rest out to family and friends and taking several pieces to work, giving some to the concession stand at our baseball field. Well the rebate check comes for $20 and that's it. I call them and they tell me the rebate only shows limit of 1. The rebate that prints with the email they send for confirmation does only show good for 1. On my order status on their website is a link for a rebate form that states 5 are allowed. So after a week and a half of probably 8 phone calls, being told basically that I am lying and that they need proof faxed to them, since they can't get e-mails or access the internet. The first fax I sent them, they never got, hmmm of course not. I give it a rest for a couple of days and call again, wanting an address to mail it to, nope, fax it. I try it again and then call them. It takes 4 days to get the fax entered into the system. WoW, they are faster than the stone age!! So I call them yesterday and get the same run around, hold for 10 minutes and then she comes back on the line, apologizing like crazy and saying that they will be sending out the checks. I would like for the other people that basically called me a liar to call me and apologize but I know it will never happen. Rant over unless I don't get my $80.00!

If you ever race in Missouri let me know. I think in Mo you have to be 16 so I don't know if he would be able to. Our other son turns 16 in Aug. so then we will have 3 drivers. Oh, my. Who do you use to buy your gear from? Racesuits and such. There's a place in Missouri that I found for the cheapest.

Where I work at we send a driver out to buy tools and it's nothing to pick up several sets at a time. There's nothing like spending someone else's money.

It's my son's B-Mod. My hubby races A-Mods. We have 3 more that no one races, they just take up space in my garage. Last year we only raced at Callaway Raceways. This year he wants to travel more. Where do you all race?

See if you have a JCPenny catalog outlet nearby. They have new never used mattress really cheap. I've always heard that you need to change out the box spring along with the top one. It provides support and you wouldn't be able to see if it was worn out or not.

Our Wal-Mart had OxiBall's marked down to $7.00 for the refill. Our local Ace Hardware had the starter kits for $5.00 last week. I guess no one has been buying them.
