The directions with the doll tell you how to clean the face. Could the cracking be dried food? My daughters have been playing with theirs for a couple of weeks now and it just needs to be cleaned often with soap and water.

Last year the tv/dvd player were bundled together. They were on a pallet. I got the last one, 10 minutes after 5:00. I hadn't planned on getting it but my SIL said it was meant to be since it was the last one! The dvd player didn't work so I ended up taking it back.

As I said before, if your in doubt ask your clergy if Frickin or Firetruck said as a replacement is wrong or not. The mean and hateful feeling you are trying to relay are still there.

I grew up eating steaks, and I have the hips to show it! My dad raises the beef so that helps with all the mad cow stuff going around. The disadvantage is I remember the time when he tried butchering his own cow one time and the whole thing was in our kitchen! My mother was a saint to allow that!!!

I picked one up today also. I was able to use the 5 off 25 also. I had the big toy book from home that had the coupons in it in my hand. I was looking for the Dora video. Couldn't find it so I asked for help. Found it and talked with the associate for a few minutes even though I was in a hurry. Well later in the store my dd lost the book. We tried backtracking but couldn't find it. The same lady saw me and ask if we needed anything and I explained to her about it and she called another lady at the checkout and told them to give me the better price, saved me $7. That was the best customer service I've had in a long time. I really should have gotten her name and then wrote a letter about how great she was.
