I got some beautiful Hallmark ornaments yesterday for 50% off. I love them, but hate to pay full price.

30 days is a long time. Usually it's 7-14 days for a price adjustment.

I never heard of getting a price adjustment when something goes on clearance. That is generally only done if something goes on sale within a certain time frame after you've purchased it.

I think they are referring to online shopping, LOL.
