This will be my 3rd year shopping on Black Friday, and my 4th year on this site.

They always seem to get eaten around here. If I happen to find any left over, they are usually broken and I just throw them out.

Each kid gets 10-12 presents total, and 3-5 of them are "from Santa".

We let them pick out one gift to open Christmas Eve; everything else gets opened Christmas morning.

We usually start taking everything down the day after Christmas. I like to get things back to normal.

I always used to start December 1st, but for the past couple of years DH and the girls have started putting up the tree while I am out shopping on Black Friday. I guess that is our new tradition!

We had a real one for years, but this will be our 3rd Christmas using an artificial tree. I don't miss the mess and will never go back to a real tree!

As of right now they both do. I think this may be the last year for my older DD -- she turns 10 two days after Christmas.
